Seems we are all agreed on the need for more info and soon.

Steve- yes, I think we could do with a bit more detail but I am not sure we are going to get it by speculation. There have been some horrendously bad assumptions made this morning without any real hard evidence. Do you feel there is a need to speculate even further into the unknown? What I think we need to do if we want clarification is to try and get Marcus to give an interview. That way it comes from the horses mouth.

May be they are restricted in what they can say luminoso dependant on where this is headed? But I agree we need some sort of clarity.

5huu yes I noticed that, surely if the relationship had broken down to such an extent as some here are suggesting then we would not have drilled further as Stratex run the drilling programme.

Novice- Probably because English is not the language I daily use I might misinterpret the following statements:

"the Company will be undertaking appropriate steps to enforce Stratex's rights."

"will be taking all necessary action to ensure we obtain our net cash distribution under the agreement"

appropriate steps, enforcing, all necessary action ... That sounds like legal steps to me. Could be wrong though.

Good points, novicetrade68, of course they should not slate Bahar, but they should explain the differences in opinion and the possible way forward to kill speculation of court cases and lengthy arbitration. Thats not hard is it ?

Charles - you are taking this too seriously (left side of mouth), you are not taking this seriously enough (right side of mouth)

greed, I think it would be unwise at this point for STI to publicly slate Bahar - just not to jeopardize a potential resolution in this whole affair. STI has confirmed what some have indeed been pointing out ie they're not receiving any money. But it's also important to note that we're not at a the point where formal arbitration or a court case is on the cards.

Charles, do you believe the lack of clarity from Stratex needs to be addressed, or do you feel enough had been said?

Does anyone else find it strange that during the 4th Quater, further drilling took place? which I assume was conducted by the Stratex team? Especially given the apparent long standing payment issues.

You're right Steve, mr. Marcus should step up and ease investor's concerns. One can not dump this news without any further explanation.

"Stratex has yet to receive a cash distribution from Bahar. Stratex believes this is contrary to Bahar's contractual obligations under their agreement."

Strange wording. Wouldn't the J/V Altintepe M. formally be the one that should distribute?
The way it's worded gives room for the thought that Bahar received full distribution from Alt M. and Bahar should pass part of it to STI (but hasn't).
Bahar is taking cash out of Alt M but STI doesn't benefit.

Shoggy - there's a difference between being right and being a deramper. A deramper sees potential in a company and denigrates it for the purpose of buying cheaper. Being right is a totally unproductive pursuit for the benefit of the reputation of the commentator. So which one are you?

Not so sure about that Red. The same people that have been saying there was something rotten in the state of Denmark are the ones concerned now. "The others" still chose to take a positive (unrealistic) view on it all. They chose to believe in swift arbitration, et cetera et cetera closing their eyes for the fact that we're dealing with an unwilling "partner", that's in charge, and that STI might be up for a long lasting legal battle in Turkey.

Greedfear - I'm sitting on the fence, as I said tough to call. However with a 20% fall in share price today (a share price which had already stagnated when others have followed gold up) and judging from this board, it seems pretty fearful to me!
