I think you need to read the RNS again Mip, more carefully. Perran Bonner has not "just" sold 11m shares, it is quite clear from the RNS that it was in the late part of 2016 but he would appear to have been a bit slow in completing the TR1. So not really of any great bearing to us today in my view.

What's more relavent is based on the recent state of the business Farina have been prepared to reduce the rate of interest on their loan and accept 50m shares as part of the new agreement.

From RNS 1st March :

Under the new agreement, the term of the Loan Facility has been extended for a period of 12 months from 1(st) March 2017 with an option for the Company to extend this to a second year. The size of the Loan Facility remains GBP300,000 however interest will be charged at a rate of 8%, compared to the previously agreed interest rate of 25%. The Loan Facility will continue to have a secured fixed and floating charge. In exchange for agreeing the new terms and in consideration of interest accrued to date, Farina is to be issued with 50,000,000 new ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 0.1p per ordinary share ("Farina Shares").

Business it seems, looks to be picking up pace as funding is secured and a longer term facility at a lower rate, We'll have to wait and see why better terms have been accepted but it bodes well?,
We should not forget this fast growing sector is said to be worth billions over the next few years, Watch this space?, Becoming even more interesting, as we move on
