Yes the volume is building, it's gone from 360 million shares outstanding to 1.964 Billion shares in weeks!

And they still didn't pay the loan back!

They extended instead!

Volume gradually building but whether it will be more than yesterday looks doubtful to me. The last buy just under the full offer, it appears someone might be buying in 5k lots.....well 3 so far anyway although of course could be different people.

Another 50 million shares issued, but when there are a tad short of 2 BILLION in issue already,what's another 5 million between friends?

What is perhaps more concerning is they issued these shares in lieu of the interest due so far,and they are rollong over the loan for another year with the facility to roll it again.

So what startedas a "short term loan" looks as though it's become long term in quick time, and then on top of that, they couldn't or didn't want to settle the interest in cash.

So another overhang albeit a small one

Volume still low but the buyers are still able to buy under the placing price and less than what Farina were issued their 50m at.

And the 50,000,000 shares issued were IN Lieu of the interest due to be paid!

One more 'consultancy fee' away from the 2 billion share mark now.........

They are not all buys as the listed prices are not correct as the true bid is .989p

It is marginally up as the true bid is now higher than it was earlier.

Farina must be convinced the BOD are making progress and see the whole situation being turned around and a positive view looking forwards.

Colin I know in percentage terms the 50m is SFA and my conclusion was it was positive as I thought more about it.

News of progress, new contracts is what is now required.

The pick up in buyers all paying 0.1p now would rather suggest others see it likewise.

I'm not sure whether I read that as positive or negative. It is clearly good news that the interest rate has been reduced significantly to 8%, but then they get 50m shares instead !

However if they are taking the shares at 0.1p then surely would have been made aware of the progress the BOD is making and see upside from here.

Overall on balance I think I see it as positive and a vote of confidence in our company by Farina.

We are still waiting for some positive news but at least the share price held firm today with a fair bit of red around today.

He's just a pumper and dumper!

It may 'bag' but what happens when the pump is finished?

If they manage to pump it up to, say 0.3, to try and get the warrants away, you could be over 3 BILLION shares in issue!

And almost a year away from a profit, so there wont be much left by Xmas unless they can get those warrants away.

You will have to mount an exceptionally good promotion to achieve that!

Volume right down again and it looks like we are going to require some good news to move off of this low....

However if the news is good enough then I think Topinfo is spot on with his recent tweet :

Hello guys, maybe it's me being stupid, but last time I looked 2-3 days ago the market cap was around £800k. Today it's £1.94m but the share price hasn't moved. Am I being thick...?
