News of contracts or progress on revenue growth would have been more welcome. However huge dilution but directors have shown confidence by putting money up front which in my view is welcome and shows they have the confidence and know the reality.

For those in the real world here is the excerpt from the RNS issued barely an hour ago:

"In addition, certain directors and a director of a subsidiary company have agreed to subscribe for 250,000,000 Ordinary Shares ("Director Placing Shares") at the Placing Price in settlement of outstanding compensation and expenses accrued since 2015 ("Director Placing")."


Is English that difficult?

they can only raised money from poor PI. they cant do any deals -op target or bust in 3 mths.

Further issue of equity

Strat Aero is making an application for a further 50,000,000 Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM ("Consideration Shares"). These Ordinary Shares are being issued to certain professional advisors and service providers of Strat Aero in satisfaction of fees outstanding. Subject to the passing of the resolutions at the General Meeting, it is expected that admission will occur at 7.00 a.m. on 22 February 2017. These shares will rank pari passu in all respects with the Company's existing Ordinary Shares and are subject to a three-month lock in agreement post the issue date.

We know the opportunities for UAV's is significant in many fields and I still believe our BOD can deliver but undoubtedly we need to see further evidence of this soon.

Or alternatively, the company was so bereft of money that the directors and creditors (!) had no other alternative than to accept the confetti.

Note that the directors have not put money in themselves! Again!

That tells you everything you need to know.

Umpteenth fundraise and yet they do not participate!

But no doubt to Yorgi/bygd this will be yet more good news.

You wish to make an informed decision, based on another genuine yet always hostile opportunity to offer your alterations to mislead by ignoring progress yet again ahead of the GM, Is this exactly what I said?

kemche, Not a secret! I've been pointing your wayward posting for 10 months now, Maybe it has been futile but then I haven't been throwing money away as many must have, if they rely on your posts being accurate and have taken them for granted, as it seems?

Potty! It also could well be due to the recent positive RNS that a move into profit later in the year, It says nothing about the price of any future fund raise!
Possibly there could be a quick expansion of business and purely another way of reducing cash burn/investment as we move further on, It would be diligent wouldn't you say?

Anyway, I think this is as far as your ID dominant hostile views here are concerned but we'll see in the run up to the GM and more important, what happens after?.

They used to raise funds every three months - are they now proposing to raise funds on a weekly basis?

No doubt Bygd will view this as "a good thing".

Oh dear, I moved my small investment out yesterday afternoon. Second raise in three weeks, now its finished.

Good luck all who remain, but there are some stocks even I would not touch for the bounce after placing.

Well, there we have it - the confetti shares being issued at 0.1p + warrants at .22p. But, despite the dilution, and it only raising 850,000 in capital, there are two things that are +ve for me in the RNS:
1. Directors and debtors have accepted shares in lieu of fees etc. They must have been convinced that there is the possibility of these shares being worth something, otherwise they would have held out for the money.
2. They are saying they will be cash +ve by the end of this year.

OK, it's an aspiration, not a guarantee - but they must have been able to tell a convincing story for so much money by way of fees and expenses to be bet on it.

We'll find out at the GM on 21st whether the rest of the shareholders are convinced.

So, today...up? Or what usually happens with fundraising via equity: a rapid drop to the issue price...?

So it's only about issuing up to £5m of Shares, which we already knew BUT interestingly it doesn't specifically say that they might be issued at the current nominal value of 0.1p per Share... which piques my interest and so I also expect some sort of significant consolidation could be pursued post the Feb EGM and prior to the end of June.

I'd like to understand exactly what is being proposed BygD so that I can make a well informed decision as to whether a genuine opportunity lies ahead... or not.
It's called being diligent, doing a little research and forming an opinion.
You of all people, as a long-term Investor, should be taking every opportunity on here to publish everything that's available from the Business itself in order to nurture interest in the Public domain.... come on... what are the latest Resolutions ??????

Saw the previous Resolutions - which are clearly not at all viable, which suggests the Leadership haven't got a clue - but haven't seen the revised Resolutions for the re-arranged Emergency GM. I'm assuming they're withholding them until the 11th hour in order to avoid causing any further distress to any/all interested Parties ?
You could of course, as a long-term Shareholder, clarify matters on here for all interested Parties, perhaps even nurture some +ve interest from potential Investors... assuming the revised Resolutions are of a +ve nature at all ?
