It tells us that your great progress behind the scenes BS was BS as expected. It also tells us that they could not even get a deeply discounted bucket shop placing away and are going to try again in the New Year. It tells us that key people are fleeing even from the profitable bits.

Thanks for that information. Will take a proper look at it.

Quite a co-incidence really and it made me chuckle a bit. Only a few days ago I was looking at quite a different 'Pizzagate' scandal which is all over the internet. That one concerns Hilary Clinton and her campaign manager. Really serious and sickening stuff if true. I was also reading Wikileaks upon which the allegations were based. If you get a chance, look it up. I really think there is some substance to that story - despite some dismissing as conspiracy theories.

As for this other information, perhaps to avoid any confusion, may I suggest we refer to this possible scandal as 'Pizzagate II'?

Or WinniGate?

Farina would rather keep loaning them money at those rates rather than owning a loss making outfit - they would rather have suckers stomp up more money each time to keep the directors employed and their huge interest rates being paid imo.

Great progress here includes flying under a bridge but no new contract news and clearly still haemorrhaging cash in the US. The UK businesses do not need more cash, that is a relief and Farina will look forward to owning them when the loan can't be repaid. Still it could be worse they could have gone to Wonga.com.

Stig, If anyone failed to read the RNS and just looked at your post 3266 they might think they had loaned £200k at a much lower rate than which they have announced today.



Short Term Loan Facility

Strat Aero has executed a £300,000 six month loan facility with a secured fixed and floating charge with Farina Investments (UK) Ltd at an interest rate of 25% over the six month term. The short term loan will be used to provide adequate working capital for the Company through to mid Q1 2017 which will enable management to focus on continuing to grow the business in line with its stated strategy. The Board intends to consider options to refinance this facility and with this in mind will be calling a general meeting in the near term to increase available headroom to issue ordinary shares which will provide flexibility with regards to both repaying the loan and providing for future working capital needs. Further announcements will be made in due course as appropriate.

Not the first time AERO have gone to Farina did so in 2015 as well

But this time Farina have secured a higher interest rate AND got a floating charge (i.e. if AERO don't pay up shareholders could be wiped out)

"In support of our business strategy and in particular our developing corporate acquisition programme, Strat Aero has executed a £200,000 two month short term loan facility with Farina Investments (UK) Ltd at an interest rate of 7.5% per month plus fees. The Board will be considering options to refinance this facility in the near term."

Stig, 9 Months out of date as usual, Your campaign ran it's course, You lot persisting with old news and scare tactics for your own gains as you admitted and edited out won't work here again.
Current news is all good and bodes well for the future in this Fast moving sector with billions on offer over the next few years yours has been worn out for months.
Go and play your mind games elsewhere, We're on our way as the evidence since the new management took over 9 month ago shows continuing progress has been made.

I am more concerned about the future than the past, and the man who seems to be leading the charge, Perran, is certainly right on the money. BB is passionate about what he is doing: good enough for me and the long term future is looking vry good with these guys.

Also well worth keeping in mind what Perran Bonner had to say on the 9th March at Zak's Traders Cafe interview that they were busy as Geocurve and the body language as well.....along with other signs.

I'm confident of good news to come from Geocurve in the coming weeks and as long as it comes showing a strong growing revenue stream then will see the share price begin to move forwards strongly in my view.
