Sadly Dennis doesn't 'do' accounts, so the financial situation is not a concern, nor of interest to him.
I seriously doubt they can get a £2 million placing away, the only way remotely possible would be at a huge discount, IMO.
Despite the fact they need a massive cash injection, it's hard to see more than the amount they raised last time being raised, possibly less after the court capitulation fiasco. (I wonder how many placees previously were surprised after their "HS's case has no merit" comment to see AERO throw in the towel in advance of the case?).
If that transpires, they will simply be on the countdown to the next placing, and eternal dilution.|
|Thank you Kemche... the BIG-ONE is clearly ignorant. The Company's own FACTs & FIGUREs present a clear case for needing £2m to see them through to this time next year and for genuine Growth purposes on several fronts (target Sectors, new Customers, additional Countries/Regions, additional employed/contracted Resources) with long-term sustainability in Mind... another little "tree-shake" for a paltry £350,000 just won't cut it any more, it's tired, it surely won't fool anybody again? We no longer need the latest Accounts to understand how the Business has been operating and where all the Fund raising has gone. I'm also 99% sure now that some of the additional £1.5m forecast/hoped for from TEAM2100 arrangements over the reported 10 year window of opportunity has already been banked via Geocurve's previous work too, which from my perspective suggests less than £1.5m will be achievable (at best) between 2018 and 2024. A serious II throwing in around £2m by this November will actually convince me this has "some legs"... another begging-Bowl exercise for a few £100k and you won't hear from me here again... PROMISE !!!|
|Pretty rich you, the biggest liar on any AERO thread, passing comments of other posters' honesty byg!|
|Well kemche, The last bit at least is honest if we take the say out of everything!
We'll have to wait for the latest accounts before we can be clear about the accounts from this settled fully integrated period, so why now post anything from before?
Of course your effort won't show anything from Hinkley point, the environment contract or anything else as they are quite new. Are you Andy and Potty working together on this latest idea to sort of give a false impression of current affairs?|
|Bygd, This is why they may need money - nothing to do with growing!
Cash at 30/6/16 $275,428
Cash raised at 1 September 2016 £370,000 pre expenses so net say £320,000 at $1.175 = $376,000
July to Oct estimated cash inflow from sales: Debtors b/fwd $221,505 plus sales for four months (July to October 2016) $410,740/6 x 4 = $273,826 less closing debtors of $147,727 (estimated at Oct 16 for 97 debtor days or 53% of sales) equals $350,604 or $87,651 cash collected per month.
So $651,000 plus four months of sales cash collection $350,604 equals $1,001,604.
Estimated $1,001,604 cash at 31/10/16 is needed to pay Current liabilities as at 1/7/16 of $1,677,594 plus 4 months of cash losses ($2,050,262 / 6 x 4 ) of $1,366,841 = $3,044,435. And that is WITHOUT the lawyers fees and Hulsey's $75,000 (awarded for MERIT presumably!)
Now I am no accountant but I make that a shortfall of $2,042,831!
And that is WITHOUT the long term liabilities of $1,199,222.
Aero are certainly leaders in their field. Fund raising field that is!
By my estimation the fundraising should be imminent.
But I am sure that I am wrong!|
|Hey pottermagic, What are you on? So you're telling us SA are sitting on their hands and doing nothing? What a load of wallop, You try to come across as well informed and have great wisdom but what you say means very little that anyone can make up if they have a negative disposition, Very clever and as your name implies full of tricks.
How do you know what they're making? What work are they doing and how much profit are they making? Now i mean, Not while making acquisitions and building their excellent package of services Etc:
Tell us pottermagic about all the services, facilities and their business worldwide they are progressing with? Also if they do raise 2m in your allotted time would this not be progress? They won't be able to raise this without takers and how do you come to this figure? Andy told you i suppose?.
All we really know is AK needed funds to further develop, Was it $150,000, The last fund raise was for legal expenses that obviously was drastically reduced due to settlement! The rest was for equipment Etc? We do know they they are keeping up with costs so unless they have a further acquisition in mind then why would they need so much? They do work and get paid and we know work is there, don't we!.
So, lets wait until we get news before we start even talking about what might be! we might have 10 large contacts lined up so we need a fund raise to get them all up and running! Not impossible is it? but that would be ramping as you lot keep going on about, So what 's all your idle speculation called? Get real if you want to be taken seriously!|
It's ok, maybe I'm too used to mining companies where the margins are obvious once you know how to read the accounts, and companies have to state their costs.
So the only may to judge AERO is the cash burn rate.|
And what is the margin on that work?
Nobody is able to answer this question, not Align, Investor's Champion, Yorgi, nor Dennis, yet all claim to know the company well and understand the investment proposition.
|I don't think AERO is a sure fire Loser BUT it has a massive obstacle to overcome in the next 12-18 months... a lack of profitable Contracts, a lack of Contracts generally, a lack of capability to deliver to multiple Contracts running in parallel across multiple Sectors and potentially multiple Countries/Regions. The Marketing & Sales arm (SA) has to perform and not simply take the money and run as it has been. The combined Companies need to ramp up their ability to deliver in terms of both manpower & exploitation of core Business technologies.
Only a massive £2m 'bailout' by November is going to help this survive and thrive... and that means potentially doubling the Shares in issue and the share price plummeting even lower.
As an aside, can anybody confirm what the Revenuewas for Geocurve's recent/prior contracted work on the Environment Agency's Thames Estuary Asset Management 2100 (TEAM2100) programme, from 2014 onwards ? That does infact constitute some of the forecast, potential £2.5m for the 10-year programme TEAM2100 is running. The RNS was clear that "[... Geocurve, has been awarded a further contract...]". The potential £1m is for the current 18 month period from September. That leaves up to £1.5m for the whole 10-year period 2014 to 2024, some of which has surely already been banked via Geocurve's accounts and more recently SA between 2014 and August 2016. I wonder what portion of the additional £1.5m that leaves for the 6 years from early 2018 onwards ? Anybody care to guess ? FACTs & FIGUREs Folks, FACTs & FIGUREs ;-)|
|Andy, If you hold stock here and your opinion won't change it just shows how silly you and your posts are, Those with realistic views here know SA have progressed and have a contract with the government and can read what it means, Also they know that all issues from a difficult period have been addressed and now moving on in a progressive and fast growing sector with a full package of services to grow along with it.
So Andy and friends, There is no point harping on about what was and now is the time to keep up with what is now,
Is there anything now that has not been addressed and dealt with? Has there been progress? Is this sector not how the news reports say? Are SA not equipped to continue to progress with it? You lot always avoid the progress made simply by concentrating on other posters, not any of the progress being made they post about or making a play on words that changes nothing but just put to confuse or doubts that does not alter any of the facts, Just a devious and clever manipulation of language.
Andy, If as you say your opinion won't change then why keep posting, We all know your groups opinion of SA! so why keep repeating the same opinion every day for months, Much has changed which tells us everyone's opinions must have changed either way, So how can any of you maintain the same opinion?
It shows you are all completely out of date with what's happened, so many things have changed except the fact this sector and SA have experienced growth and made progress and expert projections say it will continue for many years, You lot are still stuck in a period many months old.
What the future hold we will be made aware of as we get news and there is no reason it will be anything other than normal business moving on from a difficult period in a fast expanding, lucrative environment|
|bygd, you lied. At least you admit this. In your own words. As you say. And continue saying it. As you said. And admitted. And continue to do so . As you said. And admit.|
|So! IF, as your posts continue, Aero is a sure fire loser, Why has this group been here since the management changes covering everything in a negative way, Even the recent government contract win?
Now maybe you can give your reasons why you are here, If you are so sure it's not a winner there seems little point, It's obvious you're not interested in SA or it's shareholders, What the news says about the growth and development of this sector over the coming years or the package of services SA have developed that have succeeded in gaining high profile work, Maybe a little research in what Aero have instead of what you say they haven't your opinion might change, But then you have no interest in progress made, Have you!
Your efforts 24/7 on every positive post for months must be for some gain or you would be stupid to do it! Are you lot stupid? If not tell us why.|
If AERO is such a sure fire winner why do you need to lie about it in every post you make?|
|Fewer words? kemche, Suit your negative campaign and the mind games you play, at least you admit this!, I explain what i say so there is no doubt, I don't really need to be exact and may get the odd word wrong but then i don't treat people like sheep and follow what i say, Check everything is best especially on these threads.
Potty, you were upset or annoyed, We did exchange posts on the subject but never mind, maybe i do make the odd mistake, you have all been critical of my writing but there's nothing you can be critical on the points and observations i make, If you're being honest that is. Playing with words is you forte as those who follow have come to realise.
You are finished here but it hasn't sunk in yet, There will be natural movement in the share price and a bit of red now makes little difference to the progress being made or the potential SA have to become a success in this new fast growing sector, This you can say nor do anything about no matter how you rant and rave on about me or anyone else, It's SA investors are interested in and any benefit they can get from it.|
|so ignore me
your nasty narcissistic rants only confirm my strong suspicion|
|"Andy you also seem very reluctant to answer whether you hold shares in AERO ?"
I'm not reluctant, I don't do it period!
Whether I hold a stock or not will not alter my opinion. Unlike virtually every other poster here, I often criticise a stock I hold, even though I may continue to hold it.
Some people turn into rabid dogs the minute they buy a stock, defend it to the last, whereas my opinion changes with news.
my message will never rely on ownership or not, just the facts as I understand them.
Thanks for posting the RNS in the header.|
|calm down Tom
SGH is going up. Osborne's reforms ain't happening.
Another one you got so wrong.|
same tactics on all the boards of TW shorted shares
'IOPABBM' are you running short of aliases? lol
better manufacture a few more?|
I did not say this "is a poor thread",I asked you to moderate in a fair manner.
People posting grossly misleading posts are doing the stock harm because others will jump on their misrepresentation, and that damages AERO in this case,IMO.
To Clarify, AERO have not been awarded at £2.5 million 10 year contract, as the RNS itself spells out.|
