Is it me or are the 2 million trades become frequent occurrences? I notice one most days. HS selling per chance? Only another 9 and he's done.

maverick, OK it's a small punt now but presumably in 2015 when you bought in it was a much larger punt? I'm surprised you can hold any optimism here after the fall from 8p to 0.2p, that is some fall.

maverick, And the other small area of concern may be that the 11% holding in the company seems to be selling down his holding as fast as he can! And the excuse given in the RNS beggars belief. As I say i wish you luck, I feel you're going to need it..................

maverick, It's the accounts you need to look at, particularly the cashburn. In November they couldn't complete a placing so took an expensive loan, to tide them over, due mid February. Check out the interest! So, if they can raise £500,00 (and I think that is a huge ask personally), and pay around 10% in costs, fees, and commissions, that leaves around £450,000, minus the loan plus interest of around £350,000, so only £100K will remain. Then check the burn rate! The other option is a corporate event such as the sale of Geocurve, but if that goes, so does your £2,500,000 "contract"! They look to be in an extremely difficult place right now in my opinion. How do you see them raising the money to keep going forward?

Kemche, Yes I forgot about the package of services, it must be OK then! :-)

Geocurve is believable, absolutely, 100%... but it's a minnow with just a few niche Customers and will only ever self-sustain itself. AK seemed to have something of value to contribute in terms of Tech & back-Office Systems, along with potential, additional Customers... but it doesn't seem to have benefited SA more broadly, as hoped for... and we all know about HS and his concerns with the Parent (SA). SA's grand vision is a good one too... but they've really messed-up big time and have been running the overall Group on a lot of hot-air. They potentially run out of funding for the Group (again) in just 4 weeks and this time could be catastrophic.

Fair points andy but i believe in the business itself despite the debacle of that company strat got involved with.

He's dumped 48.5% of his holding - he's cashing in whatever he can before it's worthless. That's 5% of SA's shares off-loaded in one tranche. The Maverick clearly doesn't know a thing about "that" Contract, how much was already earned out of it before it was announced, that a chunk of the value in it was over a relatively short term and the remaining potential 6.5 years was worth just a few Bob each year. Fill your Boots chancers, the only way is.... ???? ;-)

Kemche, That's basically utter tosh. He's desperately selling before the placing either goes through at a discount and knocks the price, or fails, in my honest opinion. As Tom says, I wonder if they could keep a straight face whilst writing that? When he last announced no further intention to sell, I though that was rubbish, because if I were him and with a large holding and an (almost certain) discounted placing looming, I would have continued to sell as well! As quick as possible. They are doing well to disguise his sales, price is holding up very well considering the amount already sold, although I guess over 20 days they are able to place them without causing waves.

Aero Kinetics Holdings has been advised that: (1) Aero Kinetics Holdings' Broker will no longer represent any US Corporations, and (2) that as of January 24th, 2017, Aero Kinetics Holdings would effectively have no ability to manage its shareholdings in Strat Aero plc in either the near or long term as our brokers have provided no other viable alternatives to date. As such Aero Kinetics Holdings was left with no choice but to sell down its share position against our intentions and to, we believe, our significant detriment to mitigate potential damages under law. As of the close of business on January 18th, 2017, the broker has agreed to hold the account open until the first week of February, an extension from the prior account closure date of January 24th, 2017.

maverick, The recent contract you refer to is not for £2.5 million, it has the potential to eventually be worth £2.5 million, over a period of 10 years, or roughly £250,000 per annum. "that idiot" has called this one correctly thus far, although I disagree with him on other stocks. Funding is clearly an issue here, and they have a loan to pay back soon, (£300,000 plus interest) so, say they raise £500,000 before costs, there won't be too much remaining after loan payback. And if they can raise it, at what price can they raise it? "risky" it most certainly is, good luck to you.

ByG Dennis, You have not answered this question: Are you an officer, director, or insider for Strat AERO? A simple yes or no will suffice.

Andy, Did you read my last post? Does it tell of licences, Package of services and gains, Potential? There's much more to Aero than i post about, Why don't you take a look for yourself? Why keep asking me question's when the answers are already in previous posts, Granted, I could tell you anything, you make up your comments out of a few observations mostly made up in your group, It would be better you read up yourself to find out what Aero have, What they do with it and how it's used, Quite a bit to take in so, to much bother for you i suppose. Telling us as you have, your only reason to post your views is your understanding of old accounts, they are now 9 months out of date so how and where do you get your current information from? You make things up between you possibly hoping I might give you a few pointers, It hasn't and will not happen, If you can't be bothered to read up to check if what i post is right or not is your mistake and is misleading to others who may follow your dismal posts. The best thing for you maybe is wait for updates, This way you will, if you read them properly, keep you up to date with things, This way you will have no reason to ask the same questions over and over, mostly about what your group comes up with which is mostly old worn out news or irrelevant. If not, what in your posts do you consider current and relevant that is not already obvious.

Pilotov, I see this share as a drone whose battery has gone flat in mid flight, and is now heading down towards the earth at a great rate of knots! I cannot believe they will be able to raise a large sum of money for this company, even from the boiler room brokers, even at a heavy discount, especially after the last placing when they said they had a strong court case, and then folded! This was done by the "new" management team Dennis so affectionately refers to!

BYGdennis, "the progress made since that you ignore at your convenience." I ask you again, are you a director, officer, or insider for Start Aero? Because the "progress" you refer to is not apparent from the news releases issued by the company, I wonder how you can refer to "progress made" when the company itself does not? Please answer the question are you a director or insider of Strat AERO?
