Right on cue and as if to illustrate the significance of cash generative companies with progressive dividend policies, see Avesco.

Totally different businesses of course, but both Stilo and Avesco are nicely growing companies that are conservatively managed.

Avesco shares bought at prices in low 20s. Currently 260p with around 5 times my money returned in dividends alone.

Buy and hold companies like these is my motto.

I would beg to differ.

Your post illustrates to me why micro-cap stocks like Stilo get overlooked.

Firstly, the results are interims not full year and hence comparing the reported EBITDA with the current market cap. is inappropriate. EBITDA at the full year is likely to be £300k plus.

More importantly is that the gross margins are massive at 99%, and overheads are kept under tight control. The company has no debt.

Therefore even small incremental increases in revenue will make a big difference to the bottom line.

If OmniMark and Migrate continue to sell reasonably well, and AuthorBridge starts to make a significant contribution then the p/e ratio will rapidly tumble and the company could look very cheap in 2017 and into the future.

A clue to expectations is the progressive dividend policy. The interim dividend has been hiked by 33% today, and the cash balance has increased by 30%. Staff numbers are going to continue to grow steadily without hiking up costs too much which is also a good sign.

In fact, all of the key financial measures show good progress.

Each to there own though.

Being realistic £184k EBITDA on a near £8.7 mil capped stock is never going to be a positive day.

Actually from memory stocks like STL tend to perform worse on their results day because the price seems to build up and then people see a tiny profit for a very
large capped stock.

Yes this Authorbridge might turn out a money spinner but the rest of the business
does not warrent such a massive rating !

Plus of course a massive(yet unmentioned)boost to the total comprehensive income, attributable to foreign currency translation differences and the like, amounting to £160k,serving in part to generate the impressive leap in cash and cash equivalents to £1,393k.
The improvement in recurring revenues of 7% could also signal continuing strong future growth in this income stream.

Doing exactly what I hope they'll keep doing.

Revenues up 11%, EBITDA up 11%, cash up 30% and dividend up 33%.

Trading in line with management expectations.

OmniMark sales are up and Migrate sales slightly down which is surprising, but with AuthorBridge sales to start contributing more significantly next year then very happy with their progress.

I will consult my legal advisors and come back to you in due course.

In the meantime, can I suggest you stop giving false information and stick to the facts.

I do understand though that you expect everything that you say not to be questioned and accepted as fact. No questions asked.

Reminds me of Tony Blair.

No matter how many billions of words are converted or billions or documents are converted the facts speak for themselves. £1.2 to £1.5 million revenues year after year.

Author Bridge will slowly create additional recurring revenues which will clearly be shown in Stilo's end if year results.

Stilo is now a good investment opportunity with Author Bridge starting to generate additional recurring revenues which will move the share price up. About time too and long may it continue.

Could I suggest that you watch the video presentation chaired by Les Burnham Stilo International CEO, with 30 minutes of highly informative input from Mike Iantosca of IBM.You can then formulate your own view on the potential(or lack of it) for STL to prosper.A browse through some recent and historical postings should also help, imo.

Is there any chance that you could start your own Stilo thread where you could direct future posts? There you could enjoy contributing, unfettered by any need to be factual, consistent, decent or indeed any of the other benchmarks which I have tried to establish and then maintain on this and other threads over many years.

Perhaps we can get exact clarification from the horses mouth. There seems to be a widely differing view here, and yet both seem correct, but this cannot be so.

Word for word from IBM,Migrate is "used to convert hundreds of thousands pages of content..and is a staple of our portfolio",(Just in the same way as IBM utilise Omnimark to convert over a BILLION words each year)neither of which impact significantly on reported STL revenues.
As regards IBM working with many other software companies in order to obtain the most effective solution for their SMEs,Iantosca confirms that occurred prior to their electing for AuthorBridge.
Again,word for word,
"With other similar offerings, each required compromise",whereas AuthorBridge proved "critical for maximum seemless use."

Good luck with your investment in Stilo.

I have now had another opportunity to look into your so called claims about IBMs 'hugely extensive use of Migrate' which I can only describe as completely untrue and a load of rubbish. To put it a little stronger your claims are 'based on a load of lies'.

There is not a single company on planet earth that has ever used Stilo,s Migrate tool in any such way. In fact, IBMs use over the last 9 or so years have only amounted to around £200,000 or so. Stilo's yearly accounts also break their revenues up and one does not have to be a rocket scientist to work out Migrate revenues over the many years since it's launch.

Stilo too has been very, very clear in their literature to date in that they have only converted around 1 million documents using Migrate and this is for all the customers that have used the Migrate tool since its invention.

Total revenues for Migrate since it was launched around 9 years ago amount to around a couple of million £s from all their customers so why you are making such ridiculous claims I don't know.

Stilo for several years have only grossed around £1.2 to £1.5 million in revenues for all their product range in total which confirms your so called claims as 'complete rubbish'.

Oh, my source has also confirmed again that though IBM has worked hand in hand with Stilo alongside many, many, many many other organisations it does not mean that Stilo is going to be rewarded handsomely in the way you have described.

Should anyone seek to ascertain the facts as to IBM's hugely extensive use of Migrate they only need to watch the undermentioned video, specifically, early into the 30 minute segment featuring Mike Iantosca along with supporting slides.
Towards the end of his presentation precise detail is also given as to how AuthorBridge was jointly developed by IBM and Stilo to fully meet the users demanding criteria/specifications, and how AB is now placed in the third tier of their editor strategies, within the enterprise, for use by Entry Level,Casual Contributors,SMEs.
(The first and second tiers being much higher cost(to use) software for professional writers and content creators)

The MMs remain very keen to buy stock again today so we might see a small tick up in the share price later.

Stilo revenues are going up so too is the share price but certainly not on the comical estimations that have been put round most recently or those comical estimations put out there during the last 10 years plus!

Fantastic. Ok!

Also, remember the Migrate recommendation to the 400 plus IBM teams. Eventually it was only used by 2 teams over 10 years or so.

Great little bit of factual comedy there too!

What a great episode that was!

Oops! Or was that fictional comedy!

Cheers

Well if its the same misinformed source that provided you with all those other erroneous "facts" over the past couple of years, then Les Burnham and Mike Iantosca can sleep easy in their beds tonight.
Keep the comedy coming SL, for we all love your contributions.

I understand that you would naturally like to know but I am not going to go there.

I would love it so, so, so much if you was right and I would be the first person to shout about it from the rooftops and say that you are right but mark my words you are totally off the mark by a country mile. By the way, I take no satisfaction in saying that.

Cheers
