An hour after Tuesday's close cash shell Sterling Green Group (SGG) issued a statement reporting that a Mr. Selywn Lewis and Rock Nominees Limited had both acquired 9.78% shareholdings in the former financial services company. The shares opened markedly higher on Wednesday, and had doubled by 11am as the board confirmed it was in the early stage of discussions focused around the reverse takeover of a natural resources company. Just two minutes later the shares were suspended from trading, up 0.325p to 0.625p, pending an announcement and publication of an admission document.

Comedy - u got in at a good price imo - Even the shellmiester bought in at a minimum of 0.60p - he also bought in 4mill at 2.5p - £100k

There has'nt been a placing below 0.60p - But i reckon with UKMassy suggesting an open offer it could be at 0.50p - Just a thought -

sorry guys been busy working all day in day job..saw my 550k buys this morning are up over £1k and see share price suspended...lol then see we have been suspended and oil and gas rto likely???cant even make it up...tomboyb it was thanks to your post on tops thread..cheers.

Just called the company. They said they are likely to publish an open offer document by Easter. Not that long to wait assuming they stick to plan.

Entirely depends upon management - The share transfers occurred yesterday and although they are at early stages - I reckon there could be an announcement soon -

Any one know who they might be looking to reverse into? Obviously not a policy backed by some directors as they sold/resigned, but why are these connected parties. Must be in the know yet have bought 19% (insider trading or what!)
