I'm not posting as any other name no matter how much you think that !

You really need educating when it comes to placings and vendors, brokers will
get large orders from vendors to sell and they then ring around and sell it to
their clients, that is the larger trades you see, given the market cap here
you get a grasp of how big a potential overhang is even before the consolidation
which actually makes no difference.

And UKMassy is right, you have no intention of holding, infact all posters from
topinfo thread cannot hold even short term as in a month so their posts should
be ignored as they will sell and move on before the week is out.

I still predict that before the end of the month, the top traders brigatde will ramp this up and get a lot of people trapped in. Like you say, the share could have potential to do well as a long termer, but short term, Topinfo will get people trapped.

ukmassy i'm thinking maybe leg is selling out at 0.4p??would explain the big buys and sells at that price??

they made a strange rns today saying they were up 100% in their investment in terra/fastnet...so wondering if they are banking out and someone else is moving in???

ukmassy...i will keep buying as i see this as a medium term investment ...this has 5 to 10 bagger on it BUT OVERTIME...:)

I am in here too. Listen you're not quite as bad as topinfo, but what will happen is that the gang from the Top Traders thread will ramp this up pre placing, and as exit, leaving normal punters with big losses. The placing price is .289 at todays prices.

Terra Energy Limited and update

In May 2011, Legendary invested EUR30,000 in Terra Energy Limited ("Terra"), an oil and gas company. Legendary is pleased to announce that Terra has entered into a transaction ("Transaction") with Sterling Green Group plc that is expected to result in Terra being listed by way of reverse takeover on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange and the Enterprise Securities Market of the Irish Stock Exchange. Terra will be renamed Fastnet Oil & Gas Plc. The Transaction is subject to the approval of the shareholders of Sterling Green Group plc at a general meeting to be held on 8 June 2012.

Following the completion of the Transaction, Legendary will be a shareholder in Fastnet Oil & Gas Plc and the value of Legendary's investment in Terra is expected to generate a return in excess of 100% on Legendary's investment of 12 months ago. The Transaction demonstrates Legendary's ability to source and take positions in companies that are considered to be well run and have a near to medium term catalyst to increase value.

Legendary's other investments, Bosques Energeticos EBE S.A. de C.V., Medgold Resources Limited and Undrawn Reality Limited continue to progress. In addition, Legendary continues to work on sourcing and completing additional investments.
