30/9/2014 10:27 | Should get a NAV update in the next few days. My spreadsheet is giving 10.5p at the moment. Got the 50k shares at 5.4p. Now holding 350k shares (just under 1%) at an average of 4.4p thanks to LOTS of previous trading in and out of this one! | zedder
30/9/2014 08:08 | Appreciate your insight and comments Zedder Roll on Nordic progress to AIM? | wyken
29/9/2014 16:56 | Drifted down again from my last buy as I hoped, so trying again for that other 50k at 5.5p or less. | zedder
12/9/2014 11:42 | The ALBA holding has had a very good week. That holding is now worth over £375k. There are rumours that the Horse Hill project it is involved in could make the company big time. | zedder
12/9/2014 11:40 | I reckon all 75k shares today are buys. I'd been trying to get another 50k shares at 5.5p or less, but someone chunked their buy into smaller lots to get 40k. Huge jump in price for whoever then bought the next 35k! I'm now sat with 300k shares. My spreadsheet is showing a NAV of 10.8p, so still a big discount even now the price has risen. | zedder
11/9/2014 13:48 | Nearly 50k shares sold at 5.275p today, and yet the other 50k buy at 5.5p still won't fill! | zedder
10/9/2014 16:03 | There's another 50k waiting to fill with limit at 5.5p! | zedder
10/9/2014 15:38 | Keep going zedder you moved the bid with that 50k. | bingham
10/9/2014 14:55 | Have decided it's time for a top up. Can also buy within my Barclays ISA now. ALBA seems to be about to take off, and I think NORP will be a big winner in the future. | zedder
18/7/2014 15:10 | ZEDDER thanks very much for the info and your research unearthing those interesting points. I wonder what the NAV of SVE will be after the NORD listing. Cheers | tricia51

11/7/2014 08:37 | hxxp://albamineralre Starvest Plc 23,875,000 7.2% | zedder
11/7/2014 08:35 | £100k uplift in the portfolio value today with the ALBA share price suddenly taking off. | zedder
02/7/2014 13:01 | Another couple of decent buys in NORP: | zedder
16/6/2014 17:38 | 130k share buy in NORP today: Bid up to 6.75p | zedder
30/4/2014 22:07 | You could make a decent return on this spread. | russman
30/4/2014 15:59 | Surely someone didn't try a day trade on a share with a spread this big: 12:33:03 5.5p 65,753 £3,616 5p 6.25p 14:26:11 5.5p 65,753 £3,616 5.5p 7p | zedder

27/1/2014 14:30 | Well NORP is holding steady at a mid price of 7.75p. Of course the last trade was on the 22nd. | ultrapunch
27/1/2014 12:32 | SVE being hammered today. Markets very poor. Those SVE holders who bought circa 4p no doubt taking their profits. Unfortunately SVE is a very illiquid share with a very large spread. | ultrapunch
27/1/2014 12:00 | What goes up soon comes back down!! | ultrapunch
21/1/2014 20:59 | Thanks for that zedder. I understand your reasons for discounting the value of NORP (on ISDX). but when SVE calculate their NAV I doubt they do the same. Of course a lot of the SVE AIM quoted shares are probably just as illiquid as NORP on ISDX. Not that SVE are likely to sell any of them. They tend to wait until the stocks have a much bigger Mkt Cap before selling (eg CEY). Of course SVE might take the opportunity to exercise the 25m 1p warrants. That would boost the NAV because they are not currently valued. I wonder if NORP are getting ready to list on AIM? That could a/c for the recent dramatic rise in the NORP sp? If they do IPO on AIM then SVE will possibly exercise the warrants and sell part of their NORP holding? | ultrapunch
21/1/2014 20:28 | The spreadsheet is currently giving a portfolio valuation of £4,553,989 =0.1227p per share (removing 2.3m shares held in treasury from the calculation) =0.0859p @ 30% disc (removing 2.3m shares held in treasury from the calculation) =0.0736p @ 40% disc (removing 2.3m shares held in treasury from the calculation) =0.0613p @ 50% disc (removing 2.3m shares held in treasury from the calculation) | zedder |
