16/10/2012 09:56 | Which is why I have been pestering the company as to why they have not been doing any share buybacks. Perhaps you could give them a nudge in the right direction as well. They keep saying they are in a closed period at the moment when I e-mail, which of course they are with end year results due soon. However, surely that would not stop them enacting on something they asked for authority for at the last AGM, and for which they received a yes vote. | zedder
16/10/2012 09:38 | that would be almost 100% discount to nav | brando69
15/10/2012 20:15 | NAV 10.5p on my spreadsheet. | zedder
15/10/2012 19:11 | and rrr... | brando69
15/10/2012 14:22 | greatland kicking off too | brando69
11/10/2012 12:11 | Hopefully CEY will hold above 100p on this latest assault. Similarly hopefully KEFI will be up through 4p soon. | zedder
08/10/2012 10:52 | CEY has blasted up through 100p this morning. That is £500k towards the NAV from that share alone (and I can see CEY above 150p within a year). It makes CEY the second most valuable holding, and given the liquidity in that share there should be no reason to apply a discount. | zedder
02/10/2012 19:37 | I updated my own spreadsheet with the closing prices on Friday and came out with 9.89p NAV, so on that basis I'm happy to use it to provide a loose track of things between SVE updates! | zedder
02/10/2012 14:22 | latest NAV update out. 34% discount at a conservative valuation | brando69
25/9/2012 22:25 | "The Company expects to announce its 30 September 2012 valuation in early October and its full year results to 30 September 2012 towards the end of October 2012" I will be interested to see how the latest valuation due next week agrees with my spreadsheet. I still think the gap in the NAV is excessive, but things might be clearer next week. I'll also be interested in the latest cash position in particular when the Full Year Results come out later in October. | zedder
25/9/2012 10:24 | Just tried for another 25k at 7p. Could only get 12.5k with them trying to get the rest for the remainder of the day, which looked unlikely until the 50k sell. That is me at 200k shares which is plenty for now! | zedder
17/9/2012 16:09 | That's another 25k share buy for me. Had to pay the full 7p. Total holding now 175k. | zedder
17/9/2012 16:07 | Good spot. Just noticed GGP well up as well. | zedder
17/9/2012 15:56 | RRR looking strong this afternoon too. | on target
17/9/2012 15:54 | ORCP has perked up today adding more to the NAV discount! | zedder
13/9/2012 17:28 | The 25k buy today wasn't mine! | zedder
13/9/2012 11:34 | will need to see some of the other core holdings start to stir before we see a real recovery here | brando69
12/9/2012 13:56 | 25000 at 6.56p again as it was on 29th Aug. | zedder
12/9/2012 13:52 | KEFI getting lively again. Might go for another 25k shares. | zedder
29/8/2012 15:43 | 50000 sell would normally produce a much bigger fall than this. suggests there is a little bit of interest in SVE to me | brando69
29/8/2012 15:28 | No joy at 6.5p. Took 25000 at 6.56p. | zedder
29/8/2012 14:59 | That 50k sell at 1415 might free up some shares at 6.5p? | zedder
28/8/2012 14:54 | no but it was a timely prediction :-) | brando69
28/8/2012 14:34 | brando, Was that 20k share buy yours? | zedder |
