Yes I would and hopefully they will. But I imagine there will be still a 2 or 3p share price divi

aye, i remember that. i was here then too fwiw. but for starters 1p when the share price was, if i remember right, around 20p, was 5%, rather than as the guru max is suggesting a 30% special dividend at current levels. if an investment/growth company starts paying out that kind of divi, it means they've run out of ideas for investing, which probably means it's time to shut the shop and move on. are you seriously saying that you would prefer them to give you 4p a share rather than invest that 4p with a view to turning it into 16p a share?

£2.8m profit less tax and less some purchases. Maybe i underestimated that could be 7p special dividend lol

Should be getting Belmore cash by 14th July so maybe a nice 3-4p special dividend will be declared soon. Although do not mind if reinvested elsewhere either.

Discount should narrow here now as Concorde not priced in, tax is and sitting on £2.8m profit mainly cash i would say. If not RGM & RRR that they topped up on will likely be multiple of todays price in next few months.

The Directors of Belmore Resources (Holdings) Plc announce that all of the conditions of the Offer have now
been satisfied or waived and, accordingly, the Offer has been declared unconditional in all respects. As at
11:00 a.m. (Dublin time), on Thursday, 30 June 2011, the first closing date of the Offer, valid acceptances
of the Offer which are complete in all respects had been received in respect of 36,282,463 Belmore Shares.
This represents, in aggregate, approximately 91.99 per cent of Belmore's current issued share capital (not
including the Belmore Shares already owned by LumiEx).

The Offer has now been extended and will remain open for acceptance until 11:00 a.m. (Dublin time), on
Thursday, 14 July 2011.

£1.2m nett CASH on the balance sheet now from Belmore.

Bought some more today - NAV update next week - Belmore sale and Beowulf sales should keep nav at a reasonable level and certainly a nice discount to cash held. Concorde Oil/Kuwait Energy have paid out maiden dividend and it is on the books at next to zero.Lovely

Email received today:

Dear Shareholders and Colleagues,

You may have seen that I and a colleague sold a few Red Rock shares this week.

Those of you who have been shareholders for a while will know that each time we exercise options, we also shortly after tend to sell a few to meet the immediate tax bill. In recent years, the tax regime on options has become quite unfavourable, and we have to pay income tax and NI on the difference between the exercise price and the market price, and do it promptly.

We do try to explain, and then the next time it happens, there are again some shareholders who worry that we are showing a lack of confidence in the company and sending a bad signal to the market.

So, for the avoidance of doubt, let me clarify that if and when I am in a position to sell options in the future, it is highly probable that I will again be obliged to sell some to meet tax obligations. I will not enjoy doing it, and this will say nothing about my view on the stock price.

The options we exercised in May expired at the end of May, so had to be exercised or lost. My colleague and I are selling about half of those we recently acquired, so that our shareholdings at the end of June are higher, not lower, than our shareholdings at the beginning of May. This has also been the case with past sales following exercise of options: each time the holding of shares at the end of the exercise is higher than it was before.

There is never a 'right time' for directors to sell, and I do assure you of our complete commitment to and confidence in the company.

Andrew

Wow.. look at Kefi yesterday, following the grant of the first of their ELAs in Saudi. Big volume as Saudi investors started to pick up on the story. Could have some continued traction next week.

However, Kefi is very early stage in Saudi and is already far more highly valued than Stratex (STI) which is much more advanced and prospective in Turkey and Ethiopia than Kefi. Kefi strength could be a bit of a flash in the pan imho, but nice to see it propelling SVE up a bit.

BTW I have not yet received my divvy into my wrap account with Transact. Anyone else in the same boat?
