gbh - Richard Purkis is no longer the Company Secretary. He was a good man and served SGI for many years in the days before the idiots took control. I was sorry to see him leave and his exit was one of the straws in the wind that persuaded me to get out.

The FCA are quite good at responding to email enquiries, I'll drop them a line later today.

Edit: Think I'd better wait until Monday, in case they slip the results in at or just before the close

Orange, how the hell has Goldbart been allowed to set up as a rival ? Where is the non compete ? He could rip the heart out of the coin operation at SGI.

In fact, one of the solutions apparently not considered, was fire Mike Hall and let Ian run the show. He is an entrepreneur and Company builder.
