Good to see that 'Les Blues' have already started industrial action and refused to chase a football around a pitch or kick it at the goal or even speak to the coach.

If the ISA stock comes off the main market and goes onto AIM it is disqualified from being held in a tax free wrapper so you can either internally transfer the stock to a normal trading account if you have one with the same broker [I don't, different holdings with different brokers]or sell and re-buy if you believe the story.

SIPP holdings can remain where they are and are not affected.

I'm in no immediate rush to buy them back because I also think there will be more pressure on the sell side than the buy side as lots of PI's will have to dump ISA stock and all of the 'fees' paid to the 'advisers' for the fund raiser in stock is sat at .13 waiting to be sold.

This will only start to move if/when they tie up some deal [!] or reach a resolution with Novamont and I don't believe they are in any rush to do either of those as it would look very unseemly after the directors take up of the option.

I do expect them to sign a deal at some point and I do expect them to put more effort into sorting out the patent challenge that hangs over the company like a massive cloud but I've thought that for years and nothings happened.

I've had to sell 3m today from my ISA and plenty of others will be forced to do likewise. The MM's know this as well.

The company couldn't give a monkeys chuff about the shareholders.Quite happy to see them all have to brook even more losses for being forced sellers in their ISA's.

The only positive is that if anyone does buy them back out of an ISA then they needen't worry about what con/lib do about CGT as it has been a long, long time since SEO went up so not a great danger of that happening anytime soon.

Not too sure what will happen to the share price when or if we are forced to sell out of the ISA account when we move to AIM.Keeping some dosh set aside if we fall further ,time will tell.

Not a lot though I was very annoyed by the need for a further fund raising, and I beleive we will be taken over once sales and turnover have gained further momentum, and litigation stops.

It seems I use these dogs to raise tax losses to offset the gains made in the oil sector!

Well we seem to have a few buys today, just picked up 1.6 mill shares with a hope of averaging down ,now sadly at .58p , could not believe after looking at my account i've been in these shares since 2004,how sad is that? But i still believe that we will come good and will get some positive traction with the share price soon, unfortunately no facts to back it up,just a gut feeling.
Good luck to all long suffering holders.

I bet it gets replaced later again - I hope it is positive sign that the buying still seems to be continuing. Go on then, 1p by christmas!

Whoops! That must have given a fat fingered broker a minor heart attack. They bought their clients 22m instead of 2.2m
Quickly corrected.

It could also be crass incompetence [something SEO do in spades]and he may still hold the other 2 million but whoever put the RNS together didn't realise.

It could almost be perceived as insider dealing though if he sold them at the start of the year to use the money to buy back more shares at a cheaper price in the placing. But try and prove that one!!

A bit of positive news from SEO is like an oasis in a desert so that probably explains why they RNS'd his purchase and abject shame is probably why they didn't announce his sell.

pearly, I did think that might be the reason, he's MD of the bioplastics section but not an actual director in the company. But if that's the case then why did they release a RNS when he bought the 2 million 14 months ago, but not one when they were sold? Very suspicious if you ask me.

I posted this on another site but it could explain the FD's reluctance.

I got a sense at the EGM that the FD isn't as 'on board' as the rest of the management team.
Nothing specific, just a feeling that all is not rosy. The fact that she is the only one of the senior management to not take up any of the option, the fact that she did not linger to chat over coffee and the an absence of conviction from her in the few words she did say cause me to think things haven't worked out with her as planned.

I could be putting two and two together and making five but she was brought in primarily for her acquisition experience and skills and the acquisition went badly wrong. It would also make a bit more sense of John Standens guarded comments about last years bonuses being a contractual obligation and swerving a response to my question about whether he thought either PM or SB was likely to resort to legal action to get their bonus.
