Standard Life Investments Property Income Trust is pleased to announce it has 
completed the purchase of a retail warehouse and car show room in Bradford for 
GBP5.1m, a yield of 9.5%. The Halfords unit is located next to the dominant 
retail warehouse park in Bradford, and is let to Halfords, who in turn sublet 
part to Maplin. The car show room is let for a further 6 years but the tenant 
is not in occupation. 
 
Jason Baggaley, Fund Manager of SLIPIT, said "I am delighted with this 
investment as it offers a very attractive running yield and has plenty of asset 
management potential as the occupational tenants trade well and the vacant car 
showroom also has alternative use potential
