On 28 February 2017, the Company announced that on 1(st) January 2018 Andrew Croft would be appointed Chief Executive Officer, Craig Gentle would be appointed to the Board as Chief Financial Officer, and David Bellamy would step down from the Board with effect from 31(st) December 2017, subject to the relevant regulatory approvals. The Company confirms that it has now received the relevant regulatory approvals and the changes have taken place as previously indicated.
