29/4/2016 11:08 | I've been attracted here by the steep drop in Price. I invested quite heavily in SIV several years ago when their share Price was around 40p. At that point they were trading at a marked discount to tangible assets - property and plant, inventory and so on. I'm amazed to see that they've blown all the tangibles on a multitude of acquisitions in modish marketing outfits and they now have negative equity. What's more the share Price is now well below where I sold out. Staggering value destruction. | cjohn
28/4/2016 21:13 | This might actually be good news for SIV and others (eg CMS). "Polestar is not just a newspaper/magazine printer, but "has a complete offering for digital print in many market sectors including direct mail, transactional mail, book printing, journal production and commercial print", so there may well be some large contract work to be grabbed from Polestar: Thanks to rivaldo for the info on the CMS thread... | edmundshaw
28/4/2016 16:47 | Yes but q4 and 2017 materially behind - unfortunately they haven't quantified how material. And stock markets forward looking which is why I bailed out Monday. Bought these around 100 in 2012 so sad to see share price crater so badly this week. Will keep an eye on developments | davr0s

28/4/2016 15:07 | It appears to me that the repeated sells of exactly 100 shares have walked this down all day > is this my imagination or an algo' at work? | woody888
28/4/2016 15:03 | Until we get some guidance on out turn I think we may drift to a £1.00 | mida5

27/4/2016 12:51 | They could have prevented the fall being so large by putting a few numbers or ranges into their statement. To be honest I don't think it is dodgy dealing as the value of shares bought is small for directors of a firm o this size. | edmundshaw |
