Blimey Space, what more do you want! Very impressive results to me and nice solid pillars for growth all round. The States in particular could fuel a lot, lot more growth.The appointment of 2 directors last week emphasises optimism and identification of opportunities imo.

The results read very well to me:
Orders are substantially higher
Higher margin managed service revenue ahead of target
Debt reduced
Growth in the US
They say that current trading is strong, so it looks like they could exceed expectations a little.

Going back a few years such PERs were not unusual; however, the World economic crunch has dulled the mkt's enthusiasm.

All said, I'd be happy to see you proved right but will be happy to see steady growth.

Why not? EPS growth of 32% in 2012, fcst of 47% in 2013, followed by 29% in 2014. A rating of 20 is more appropriate here imo. I expect a doubler in 12-18 months.

I see SQS doing okay, but not doubling until perhaps 3-5 yrs forward and a commensurate improvement in World economies.

I think that might take a few years but on a forward p/e of 10 for the year ending Dec 2015, it's certainly good value now and I think deserves a higher rating as not only is the company growing as Aishah says but is also cash flow positive and has little debt.

It looks like the growth in managed services can continue for a few years yet, as the investment in headcount must be based on a multi-year view and if they can continue to renew contracts, which I think have higher margins as they are offshore, while adding more customers, the growth is there to see.

If the outlook statement is positive about managed services and they can maintain 15% growth beyond 2015, then 50% from here ought to be possible in a year or so.

Yes space, I fully expect SQS to benefit from the change to allow AIM stocks into ISA's, which comes into force on Monday 5th. as a quality AIM stock with clear growth prospects on a relatively modest rating, this is certainly one which ought to attract interest.
