Hi matters, below is the email that i received.
Cheers, Kelvin

Kelvin,

Apologies for not coming back sooner - I have been out of the office on business.

Are you able to give me any indication on the amounts of shares held?

If the shareholder that holds all the information wants to contact us and discuss the situation that would not be a problem.

With kind Regards
David

Have just received a message from Magenta One who would like to know the holdings of shareholders that would like them to pursue an action. Mine was 120,000. Please reply to this message by detailing your holding if you are happy for me to pass information on to them.
Cheers, Kelvin

I have just "stumbled" across this thread. I still have a share holding held in an ISA I have with ETrade, it still shows on my account. I had given up any hope of getting anything in return for the 35,000 shares I hold, perhaps I should not worry about such an amount as I know many others have lost a lot more.

Dispite what people say, there are alternatives.
Magenta-One specialise in such alternatives.
I believe it's worth pursuing a little longer before making judgement.
If anyone that can help, please provide contact me at the above e-mail address.
Cheers, Kelvin

Fao Kelvin

I have seen your mail and subsequent post on thread, however I am unable to help you in your attempts, I did and possibly still have a list of shareholders for the company however I am not able to divulge details with you as I could possibly be breach of several laws.

I wish you well on your quest but believe it to be fruitless as most of the company has now changed hands and nothing of any worth is left

Goodluck and contact me if you require any other assistance

Thanks for responding.
I understand your comment regards divulging shareholder information.
Perhaps you can e-mail me direct and I'll respond and explain in greater detail.

I will ses if Magenta one can obtain this info from the registrars, as they may think it a little suspicious coming from another shareholder.

Kelvin,
do you think it would be possible to get names and addresses from the registrars ?

The only other thing to do is keep this thread refreshed each day.

Thanks for the last post, Matters.
I have sent an e-mail to Sharedeal@aol.com providing as much info as I possibly can. Hopefully Kevin will pick it up and respond accordingly.
It would appear that most ex-SWD holders no longer visit this thread.
I will need to think up another way of attracting their attention.

Your help is welcome.

Cheers, Kelvin

No, nothing yet. I have still not heard from Jack Daniels or Bartbuild.
I suspect they don't know of this new potential initiative.
Soon as I hear more, I'll post on this thread.

Thanks to those that have responded.
The sportsworldjustice@hotmail.com is no longer. I assume Jack Danials has closed the link.
What I have been told by Magenta One is that they will need a reasonable shareholder instruction to pursue an action. I know previously Jack Danials and, I think, Bartbuild were trying to pull together a shareholder list. If anyone is able to contact either of them, please ask them to respond to this message.
Cheers, Kelvin

Chris Jones from the Just Action Group (JAG) was also told that it would not be worthwhile pursuing any form of action. I am copying his reply to an e-mail I sent recently.

I have received numerous e-mails on Sportsworld.

The last 4 months have been immensly difficult and the rescue has been a full time job - 6.5 days a week - if you have the time, you will also need to have detirmation and resolve and the will to fight to the end, even when the odds are stacked incredibly against you - without wishing to sound in the least arrogant or condecending in any way - if you think this sounds like you, then e-mail me your phone number and I will be pleased talk to you, to see if I can help you and the other shareholders.

Does anybody have the necessary time and determination.

If not, what about contributing into a fund to employ the firm of accountants and solicitors used by JAG

Any thoughts........

Right having done some more research and spoken with members of just group ,

> this would enable us to mail all holders if you read below it will fill in
