Sorry to harp on about GLEN's and the like but someone who wouldn't touch them at 70p now can't get enough of them at £3 plus. It's a mad world we live in. That applies to all stocks.

I've been up town all day so haven't really been on the ball but I believe JD are due this week. Will be interesting to see. People might be starting to see a little bit more of a value play in SPD now. Time will tell.

The price has to get there naturally . You need genuine buyers. We might just be starting to see that.

No maximum individual price.
They can pay £4, £5 whatever they need to, up to maximum declared value or maximum declared stock amount.

The buyback will be for up to a maximum of 29,825,290 ordinary shares, representing approximately 5% of the Company's issued share capital, for an aggregate maximum consideration of £89,475,870, and is expected to continue during the period leading up to 21 October 2016 when the Company goes into a close period in respect of its half year results.

Equaliser It doesn't work like that I'm afraid .Holders approach SPD's broker and place a sell order which is then executed around where the stock is trading i.e. 280. SPD can't go out actively and buy stock because (A) SPD are insiders.(B) Market manipulation If SPD stock naturally start to trade around that £3 level then they could buy say 5m at £3.The screen price can not be dictated by SPD .Hope I'm correct in saying this.Have a good one.

Is it a max £3 per share, or average of £3 a share?

By that i mean total value declared vs total max shares declared as intended buy back.

The more they buy sub £3 , means a higher price can ultimately be paid as share price drives past £3

£258,974,379/86,324,793 = £3Makes me wonder!scapitalThink your completely wrong sir:"CFDs are derivatives products that allow you to trade on live market price movements without actually owning the underlying instrument on which your contract is based."Strange that Odey reduced his "underlying" holding and increased his CFD. Can someone explain please what this could mean. Noticed also that Odey has been increasing shorts in other retailers, DEB for one........makes you think doesn't it!.DD
