10/1/2017 08:44 | No maximum individual price. They can pay £4, £5 whatever they need to, up to maximum declared value or maximum declared stock amount. The buyback will be for up to a maximum of 29,825,290 ordinary shares, representing approximately 5% of the Company's issued share capital, for an aggregate maximum consideration of £89,475,870, and is expected to continue during the period leading up to 21 October 2016 when the Company goes into a close period in respect of its half year results. | whites123
10/1/2017 08:39 | Equaliser It doesn't work like that I'm afraid .Holders approach SPD's broker and place a sell order which is then executed around where the stock is trading i.e. 280. SPD can't go out actively and buy stock because (A) SPD are insiders.(B) Market manipulation If SPD stock naturally start to trade around that £3 level then they could buy say 5m at £3.The screen price can not be dictated by SPD .Hope I'm correct in saying this.Have a good one. | nortic 007
10/1/2017 08:31 | Is it a max £3 per share, or average of £3 a share? By that i mean total value declared vs total max shares declared as intended buy back. The more they buy sub £3 , means a higher price can ultimately be paid as share price drives past £3 | whites123
