The falling share price here suggests little confidence in any payout.

Which is hardly surprising considering the history at GFM (Griffin Mining).

... it has not paid a dividend for eight years, despite pressure from shareholders.

"Guys, I agree with all your recent posts. TBH I would increase my holding if the BOD would put their money where their mouths are, stop investing in pet projects and get GFM where it should be.
If enough of you feel strongly about this, maybe we should all attend this years agm - some time in july I believe. Any thoughts?"

Been some solid buying here today, when the stock trades under half its cash, with a good chance of an RTO, one can understand why the buyer is so keen.

they probably paid themselves most of the 440thousand
while there is no known method to extract value from the licences
the reason the co is trading sub cash is the shareholders
will never see a return while cash will keep falling
this is not the only aim stock in this situation
look at ovg the story is sad but true

Trawl, fact is,they have over twice today's share price in cash in the bank plus they are on the lookout for an RTO.

Now, if you don't like what you see Don't buy. !!!

However to my mind, you have a heap of cash to reduce risk big time,AND if they do a great deal(they say it has to be fab), you could do very well indeed.

i see they paid 1.5mil to griffin for shares
and nearly half a mil aus to suppliers and employees
as the co is almost inactive with not many employees
somebody is highly paid maybe a consultant
could it be
