19/11/2014 18:57 | Protean , good spot on Numis analyst report. 2 further large buys after hours of 425k and 105k shares when added to the 1 million buy, this equates to over £5 million spent on the 3 trades. Looks like a pension fund / company believes this is just the start for Spire Healthcare. | mickeyb
19/11/2014 18:05 | Numis report out today with BUY rating and 400p target: | protean

13/11/2014 08:33 | "I loved the statement from Spire Healthcare (SPI) and topped up heavily in my ISA and in spreadbets. Put it this way, personally I now have about 50 grands worth. It got its contract renewal with BUPA and now has 39 hospitals across the country. I know people who have used Spire and are impressed. I certainly expect to use them if I need any treatment in the future. I'm thinking of holding for 2-4 months for the spreadbets and longer-term for the ISA and already several thousand in profit from my original buy." | protean
10/11/2014 18:25 | well I'm not complaining lol | hazl

09/11/2014 22:21 | Hello, trying to get my head around a few figures and was hoping someone could help me out... Cinven sold 38% of there stake in spire health but still hold 62% Now the public owns 38% with the stock market valuing the company at 1.2B Does this mean that spire healthcare is actually worth alot more? What i want to know is only if 38% of spire is worth 1.2B or if thats the value of the whole 100% of the company? If not then its really worth over 3Billion!! Any ideas? Is spire really in ftse 100 Territory... Im quite the amature investor, | fruitninja84

06/11/2014 17:02 | Today was Spires 6th highest trading volume since it launched this summer, I think the contract renewal with BUPA has brought this share to the attention of a lot of new investors. I expect this news to receive publicity in newspapers and the share mags tomorrow and next week. This could be the start of higher volumes of trading in this share | mickeyb
06/11/2014 16:18 | The potential has been realised today I think. Onwards an upwards hopefully. imo edit didn't realise The Naked Trader- Robbie Burns was in this from September it seems with a target of 330 imo | hazl

06/11/2014 08:09 | no doubt good here but a shame the way the NHS is going. 'Forward View paper published in October 2014 confirms our view that the "NHS funding gap" is becoming increasingly significant, and that the independent hospital sector will play a key role in bridging the gap between what the NHS will be able to provide in terms of healthcare, and what the UK population will expect to receive. ' | hazl
06/11/2014 08:01 | Good to see debt down more than projected. Prior to the July ipo restructuring it was greater than market capitalisation. Now around 7% lower than reported in the August interims, around 1/3 of market cap. (edited stats) | m.t.glass
06/11/2014 07:19 | Great news on contract renewal between Spire and Bupa, this should underpin future revenues through to 2021. | mickeyb
04/11/2014 15:07 | well done spire aspiring to resilience at least so far imo | hazl
