Here comes some liquidity/cash...

IMImobile, a London based global technology company which provides software and services to help businesses capitalise on the growth in mobile communication, today announces its intention to launch an initial public offering ("the Offer") and seek admission of its ordinary shares to trading on AIM. The Offer will seek to raise gross proceeds of up to £30m via a placing of new ordinary shares ("the Placing"). SPARK Advisory Partners Limited is acting as Nominated Adviser, WH Ireland Limited and Whitman Howard Limited are Joint Brokers to the Company.

Yes, that is a possibility. However I note that the directors have consistently disposed of the company's holdings at close to their updated BVs.

This suggests that they are fairly realistic in their valuation assumptions hence I would not anticipate much of a change from just 3 months ago. That also appears to be the market consensus.

Of course, if you are correct and they are able to dispose of them at higher than current BV, it would be a nice upside.

Can't quite work out why the company is so pessimistic on all the companies. The litigation issue is a possible cloud but if it could realise 11.4p that is about 33% profit in short order. Interesting but risky.

Perplexed at the de valuations of Imi/mindcandy/and Openx ( as am I) ...but stresses 4p in cash nothing really other than calling the end of his interest.
