10/11/2019 07:31 | Does anyone know if MidasX has reported any of the death threat posts? | manics
10/11/2019 07:29 | An incredible night on LSE last night. This from JP: "Re the blogs Sarah has to scan it every day (part of IR policy). She identifies offensive and illegal posts and sometimes flags them to the Company, sometime just reports them.". That's the first admission that Sound controls LSE. Don't got no clout on ADVFN though. Not a single post removed mwwwaaaahhh ha ha haaaaa! The way it should be. HOW VERY DARE THEY. | manics
09/11/2019 14:56 | trellis35 Posts: 2,033 Price: 4.55 No Opinion RE: JVToday 14:06 Copy of, I believe, a reasonable e mail to JP.will post any reply Dear Mr Parsons it has been some time since we last communicated either via e mail or phone, although I am sure my views on the company and your stewardship will not have escaped your attention... May I start first of all by deploring any threats (physical or otherwise) to You or any other employee of Sound; that is despicable and I would support you in any action you take against those involved. However: I deplore your actions as CEO over the last 3 years and state forthwith that I will vote against the deal when we have the opportunity to vote. I do not believe it is the best deal possible after 6 months of marketing. If you believe it is then it is incumbent on you as an employee of Sound (even if CEO) to explain to shareholders( your employers) why that is the case before you sign that deal. As shareholders we have the right to quantify this deal against the 23 offers of interest, the 15 presentations and whatever other proposals were put forward before any vote. With an share price of 4.5p and this deal being the best on the table I understand you are not in a strong position to defend your position; defend it publicly you must. Your comments about "supportive shareholders" (if true) are not just ill timed and insensitive they are beneath contempt- you have had the most supportive shareholder base of any company I have ever known until you produced such a derisory so called LE. I will await your reply and defence with interest, advise you in advance that I will be publishing this on the LSE bulletin board, and that any reply will also be published there unless you specifically deny that permission. I hope you are having a better weekend than the majority of your employers Kind Regards | brookemia
09/11/2019 13:33 | To PINOCCHIO 🤥 the most abject FAILURE of all time trellis35 we have 3 years of 90% investor love ins with the BoD and JP. That has resulted in this deal and an share price of 4.5p. I would suggest the "going on the attack" is long overdue and if it had happened straight after the paucity of our assets were semi revealed wrapped in opaqueness at the deep dive JP would not have got away with this. He can rightly claim he has acted with the best wishes of shareholders because they were all blinded by hype and queued up to lick his ar*se at every event or on Boards such as this. Sounding Off even had the gall to suggest that my ( and others but the post was directed specifically at me)negative posts on here( a tinpot BB) had "stifled debate" stopped others investing and that it is all the fault of me and others who chose to question JP and the BoD that we are where we are! It is the bloody disciples who have let him away with it, not the critics. So we will have to disagree that this is not the time to attack- in my view it is the right time- this disgrace of a deal still has to be approved by vote and I will not accept it without a fight and without voting against regardless of the outcome for Sound as a result. I stand by my intention to hold until I have voted, and then I will donate my shares to a reputable children's charity in Morocco - I hope that for them and for all holders the long term outcome is favourable. The following not by TRELLIS🗣 By the way Sarah, are you next for the gagging order and P45, between you and JJ, you could probably end PINOCCHIO’s | brookemia
08/11/2019 17:08 | Look at this desperate outpouring of raw emotion posted by 1Westham on the chimp thread last night: He edited that at just after 7am this morning. However if you use ADVFN search for the C word it'll still show in the search results, since ADVFN servers retain the original text. It perfectly sums up the incredible frustration, disappointment and resentment that so many investors are bottling up such that it just has to find an outlet. Sad to see, imo. | manics
