The share price always seems to act stronger when the US market opens.

Of course this is a company focused towards the US so they must be known somewhat over there and clearly there are a few American investors who must have SPE on their monitors.

Could we receive a bid from over there?

Well done battlebus, you spotted the potential much sooner than me. I bought here first in March after the release of full year results, noticed them first in January this year after a very positive trading update, but decided not to buy because they were illiquid with a large spread.

How times change :o)

Strange that the delayed buy at 289p doesn't look so out of place now, I guess that someone wanted in and didn't want to work the order in smaller lots.

I sold a few at 210, the ones in the 1k challenge, should have kept them as it's likely I'd have done it with SPE alone.

there are a few here that probably have ACSO too, top slicing is fine but the gains are a little more muted unless you can find the next big thing.

£3 today looks a possibility. Incredibly that would be a 450% rise from my first purchase, best return since Crawshaws.

trinko, the chart is making a new flagpole at the moment. When the price pauses to consolidate it will probably make another flag or pennant, then we can consider new targets. I normally restrict myself to daily charts.

However I can say on an intraday basis this is targetting 279

I almost did the same as you and sold.....to bag profits and avoid risk of a big fall if mkt didnt like the results....but Im trying to avoid pressing any buttons (since often get it wrong it try to trade ), and let time take its course...

cfro, Welcome back in.
Sometimes I find it better to take out the original investment rather than sell out completely. Sopheon has come a long way over the past couple of months when it clearly appeared mispriced and far too cheap. Mispriced usually equals something wrong which is why there were few takers at the time. Now its come a long way, we are now suffering from vertigo. Whoever said investing was easy LOL.

Well just to say that i have bought back in again today. The results far exceeded even my high expectations. They have to be worth at least 300p+ imo on the back of these numbers.

I couldnt stay away could i?! LOL :0)
