This can't continue.The company has a great asset, and I was invested here previously, but, current market cap is now £311mill.That's a massive market cap for even a large producer, nevermind one that is still drilling and exploring it's license.Theres plenty of cash in the bank amd I'm sure plenty more good news to come, but 311 million market cap is way way too high.

The angry one asks a hugely profound question it seems to me.

He tells us the Alpala looks good although it's sure to be an underground low grade box mine in his view. He may well be right.

But here's the thing. He thinks from a first look that there's a really strong possibility that an open pit mine with similar grades can be developed at Aguinaga. If that's right or if an open pit mine is found suitable at any of the other twelve targets this share price is likely to rocket on the news.

Its a rhetorical question I think but he asks "What would happen to Sol Gold if they found an Alpala-sized deposit at surface?" He knows the answer only too well I believe. The difference in AISC's between a surface mine and an underground mine is considerable. It follows that if the Alpala appraises well even on an underground design the potential elsewhere is massive.

Very interesting times ahead.

NM has been very skilful the last few months and getting a Toronto listing should lift the price since that is more of a 'miners' market. Then soon after the listing issue good news in the form of bigger richer deposits, and he will be Toronto's best friend!
