Deflated! I've emailed the company and begged for no new projects, no more cash wasted on Nigeria or Canada and some attempt to give invstors a return. Also suggested borrowing cheap cash rather than ever more dilution.

When I was growing up people who couldn't spell ......well they just couldn't spell.

Today people who can't spell...they suffer from dyslexia.

Oh, you poor thing you. How awful. Are you taking anything for it?

I do hope you meant "dilution" football as "dilation" usually applies to pupils in poor light, or a woman's cervix when giving birth. Maybe solo is dilating as it its shares are getting spread further and further?

c31161 you're right dilation is better than liquidation but the must come a point when you have to start making money rather than selling dreams raising cash to fund your lifestyle and that's what NR seems more interested in! That one minute video the other day with him selling the company basically was just to lure more new investors in just before the placing why not do it after the placing so I don't feel ripped off and betrayed by the company within days of purchasing their shares

Looks like it was priced in, share price dropped from almost .3p in the last week or so, what would you rather have dilution or liquidation NR doesn't do it for laugh

The only effect is upon dilution, once the share are issued the number is irrelevant, at the point of dilution your share in the company will be less

Simon you talk silly. If a company market cap is £10m that is what it worth regardless of the amount of shares are in the company, if you buy £1m worth of shares you still get 10 % of the company

C31161....???????????....of course the number of shares matters, it's why we hate dilution in companies that see no incremental increase in value post the dilution:

Mkt cap = £100 with 100 shares in circulation, share price = £1 per share, you hold 10 shares you have an investment of £10.

Company dilutes and there is no incremental increase in market cap -

Mkt cap = £100 with 200 shares now in circulation, share price = 50p per share, you still hold 10 shares, the value of your investment is now worth £5.

That is a very basic sum and I guess you'll argue that there is an increase in incremental value but the point is for AIM shares discounted dilutions are seriously bad for existing shareholders because the finite value pot attributable to the company has to be spread across many more shareholders - hence the term DILUTION - shares in issue absolutely matters.

Ritson had no choice. SOLO couldn't pay for its share of the next drills without fundraising, KN for SOLO is, at less than 10% share, not going to change fortunes but at 25% Rovuma is a (slighly) different matter.

You need to remember the amount of shares are irrelevant it's the market cap

Oh dear oh dear oh dear, congratulations to the useless pr*ck Ritson again, this is in my view a dead duck company.... will inevitably drift down to the placing level and below and even with good news all of those of us already in with much higher averages given the continuous dilution (which he'll inevitably do AGAIN) will not be seeing any form of return on investment...why didn't I get out earlier, money down the drain... if I employed Ritson I'd sack the tw*t, he wouldn't survive in a real company...AIM unfortunately is designed to make useless gits like him rich at our expense.
RANT OVER
