22/12/2005 15:55 | Sorry to hear that SHAREGOD I know a lot of people have been really hurt with Langbar. One lesson Ive learned is to be very very careful before buying any stocks on AIM.What do you think of the chances of this doubling from hwere? | dreadeddalek
22/12/2005 15:45 | After being stung for £3295 over at LGB have to be very very careful what I buy.Ive made up over £1k would have had the lot back if Id held Cdg 1 extra day before selling.I like the look of this but I dont like delayed results so I just cant buy. | dreadeddalek
22/12/2005 15:40 | especially if they try and sneak them out before chrimbo.I assume with the aquisition the results will be delayed. | sharegod

18/11/2005 14:47 | not too sure about the answers to any of those questions, but extreme value always wins out in the end... there's no way this will remain at £4m cap if they announce 0.75m+ profit with a dividend and positive outlook, whether there are sellers or not. do you gents have access to the list of major shareholders by any chance? i think papal may have hit the nail on the head. | rarther
18/11/2005 14:36 | I was interested in this one, still am but watching for now. With the recent retiree who is holding the majority shares in the company I think, it was always in my mind whether he would be a seller now. Do you think it is him ? And if so do you think this will limit upside potential ? I am sure he will not kill the goose, but he could dampen things by selling into strength. | papalpower
18/11/2005 14:19 | If they had a willing seller why are the raising the price? Lets hope they've integrated their new acquisition well. | martinwj
18/11/2005 14:09 | my bad martin... the 5k showed as a sell because of the delay period. still, if they can get 10k in a couple of minutes then there is a shedload out there somewhere, albeit in responsible hands | rarther
18/11/2005 14:07 | not giving much away there... | rarther
18/11/2005 14:06 | Thank you for your email. Our interim results will be annouced in December and they will include information regarding the dividend. Best Regards Gary Marsh Managing Director Solid State Supplies plc | rarther
18/11/2005 13:57 | i've bought 20k today....all trades are mine except the 10K sell at 62 and the 500 buy. I put a limit order for 10k at 64p which they said they couldn't fill and then all of a sudden they did.......presumably by finding a seller at 62p. No contact from my broker before I put in the first buy order.....just fancied a punt on these as they seem undervalued if trading is going according to plan. | martinwj
18/11/2005 13:52 | earlier you said they would only offer you 2.5k when you wanted 10k, but then they gave you the 10k soon after.... ...so they've definitely got a phone number handy for a block seller | rarther
18/11/2005 13:47 | Time Price Volume Value Buy/Sell Type 10:39 64.00p 10,000 £6,400 Buy T 10:38 62.00p 10,000 £6,200 Sell O 10:50 67.00p 5,000 £3,350 Sell O 11:21 73.00p 4,000 £2,920 Buy O 11:08 67.00p 1,000 £670 Buy O looks like they have a seller on tap. i sort of suspected this because the regular small buys were being met by occasional block selling of equal value.someone appears to be unwinding their position by matching demand. Providing they do not start to dump we should see a steady rise rather than spikes and volatility, as mms don't need to play mind games to get stock - just sell it as high as they can and cover the position straight away with this seller. | rarther |
