Tomboy,I hold a very small holding here but what makes you think this?I thought the latest RNS actually sounded positive and that some value could be here at these levels. Are you not optimistic this new guy could produce for us?He recently left AFRI to concentrate on this position in SGO so that must be a good sign surely?

Clearly this company is being lined up for a sale to a private concern. I seriously doubt the sell off price will match the current market cap.

Unfortunately I agree - sorry chaps but that is the way I see this tiddler - Yes it certainly is an assumption but u need to look @ the last appointment - It certainly isn't technology.

Even the annual report hasn't appeared yet either (nor Catalys's either), nor do they respond to telephone enquiries.

A lot of assumptions and not many facts. Probably because there has been an information 'white out' for months/years. Other than what we can see from the product directly and the headline numbers in the annual report, there isnt much else to go on.

apache - Can you please state your reasons why you consider a sale is "clearly" the case?

Forum with recent posts discussing the possibility of migrating from ning to SocialGO (as a result of the well-documented changes at ning, that many customers are very unhappy about)

Documents the mess that the development team got themselves into with SocialGO V2 product quite nicely.

Amazing to think that these customers want to use the old V1 product, which is now very old technology and has not been updated for years.

To me, this shows what an opportunity there was (and still is) to take market share from ning, if done right. We still have no idea what their plans are, or even if they have any plans, but someone out there will surely take the opportunity that ning have created at some stage?...

Ah well, no response from jmjm despite having visited the board several times since that post. Will have to take it as a sarcastic comment...

Hi jmjm,

Guessing that is an ironic comment, but if not, would you be able to expand?

Cheers

This company seems to do exactly what SocialGo does - they have raised almost US$40 million to date. How do we compare with these guys. Anybody got any ideas?

thanks

WealthTranfer -

I sold out on the spike above 3p and have been watching ever since.

The V2 fiasco really screwed up the opportunity here.

Bullocks to that thought. They brought a man to F... it. S... it or Pl... it
That will push the ceo and hopefully they will work it up to a sale.

What is it about stocks like SGO that always attract dreamers who are completely divorced from reality.
