28/4/2016 13:18 | I can see it now, a five cabin box with red lights in each window being driven around the M25, and don't forget there's another bed in the drivers cab :¬) They would have to re-name it ZEXbox. | lefrene
28/4/2016 13:12 | He he... New idea.. In Germany they apparently have park up spots for clients of prostitutes...with boarding between spots for privacy ...council run !! ...a cabin bed would be a step up in quality... !! Popular business unlikely that survives economic cycles !! | smithie6
28/4/2016 12:42 | I guess one problem for 'boxes' is the uk weather Stopping rust Keeping watertight Avoiding damp, mould, damp smell when not used for winter months, maybe need to run dehumidifiers when stored in winter. Degradation of exterior Fixed costs of staff for enquiries/planning when no income from event rentals in winter Perhaps idea would function better somewhere with 12 months warm weather and demand, closer to equator... | smithie6
28/4/2016 12:34 | Sell them p@, better watch Rockhopper don't start charging for storage! I do hope the cost of repatriation was written into the contract. | lefrene
28/4/2016 12:06 | Sell the boxes to Rockhopper oil Co. in Falklands! | p@
28/4/2016 10:03 | Fenseal anyone investing even now would be throwing away their money imo. This company would need a miracle to stem its losses not to mind getting to a standstill position. Just what could they do to make this profitable. SQN gave them a facility of £15.6m, £10m which they drew down and potentially the rest based on revenues and performance from 2014. The other 5.6 million was never drawn on as it was either refused or not asked for. This company is comatose not just snoozing. | mach100
28/4/2016 09:42 | Got e rec on this after a txt saying watch for a bounce, just seen a 1.7m buy trade go through...whats the thoughts of the longs here do they think this company will survive, thoughts welcome! | fenseal3
27/4/2016 17:24 | Globo Yes. Disgraceful fraud In Spain 2 cos used similar scams Gowex. Wi-fi hot spots....income via adverts... I thought about it but couldnt see any real income via wi-fi hotspots. Was worth over 1bn€ perhaps at one time. Accounts all fake. MD & accounting firm being processed. One of uk big 5. Prison is likely imo. Amazing that Spain seems miles better than UK in punishing these types of fraud. A lot more fraud but when found they often do process or agree guilt & big fine/cash settlement to minimise prison time or suspend it. Pescanova Sequential sales of fish between subsidiaries to pump up claimed sales And big shares offload by MD using insider info. MD being processed. ( cases can take 15 yrs. Regional court. Appeal. Regional supreme court. Spanish supreme court. Spanish constitucional court. European court human rights !! . Shareholders shafted in both cases of course. | smithie6
27/4/2016 16:57 | Globo was just a revolving door scam, with pretend sales between pretend businesses. Will anyone be jailed for the theft? Of course not. | lefrene
27/4/2016 12:53 | Amazing the time that Globo fooled mkts, auditors, investors Boy did the PI investors love it ...including various experienced investors & even tech. sector product review specialists ! (The give away was that they claimed big sales yet they were not getting paid for too much of those sales.....its perhaps the oldest stock mkt trick) | smithie6
27/4/2016 12:13 | It's interesting just how long a business can fool shareholders. This lot must have known after the first two or three events, that their business model was a non-runner. Since then it's been a game of bluff as they flailed about trying to find a formula that would earn some dosh. It doesn't look as if they were anywhere near to getting the thing into the black, it looks as if they hugely overpaid for the boxes, with never a chance the things could earn enough to get a pay back, before they would need to be refurbished. | lefrene
27/4/2016 11:52 | ignore deltalo he was a big fan of reverse thousand bagger PTV | the stigologist
27/4/2016 11:14 | The things a busted flush now, with some of the boxes thousands of miles away. I guess somebody is going to get the assets for pennies in the £. A few phone calls to UN emergency aid operators might find an end user at modest weekly/monthly rents. Heaven knows there are a lot of people in dire need of emergency accommodation, and this kit could be rapidly deployed. One wonders what they will be discussing at their 'review'? The only game worth playing is long term workers accommodation, low margins but low overheads. | lefrene
27/4/2016 11:04 | Deltalo ...& if any salvation was possible imo it would be done by some rich chap or a co. .....paying peanuts to debt holder...with zero to shareholders.. No rescue cash raise likely imho at 0.4p ...dont think Panmure cld find buyers this time !! | smithie6
27/4/2016 10:58 | Deltalo Fallen x14 wrt placing since all the rich wise ppl think its worth x14 less than at time of that placing. In last year the following have left - chairman - the FD - the MD (that might be an indicator of their confidence in - business model - financial situation !!) Odds on imo that they and the mkt cld well be right. (Stop losses.....vital to use imo) | smithie6
27/4/2016 09:24 | * yoy = you * a = an * there = their * dribble = drivel * month's = months * investers = investors * lucrative = broke (net cash -£1.9m) | bozzy_s
27/4/2016 09:24 | You only need to look at the dire financial situation and see the writing on the wall. Plus there are new competitors who can roll off these cabins much cheaply, in other words these guys are paying for their cabins through their noses. If the directors were concerned about making the company profitable, then they would doing something to put it back on track, instead they have decided to have another review! This is a retail business not rocket science. Read this FT article dated Dec 2013 | islam1
27/4/2016 02:00 | The stig were do yoy get your rubbish from? A company doesn't suspend because a institution needs to sell as it looks bad on there books. What a load of dribble, we are talking AIM here not the ftse 100. Most investers here are private or small corporate companies. This company will not be suspended and if you read the financial position you may see that its cash from last year shows is still in a lucrative position. Extra funds will come from the lender/ partner. As I said this has been well oversold The placing only 3 month's ago was at 6p, 14x above its current share price I don't normally comment on big droppers like you do but I have money invested here and you don't. | deltalo
26/4/2016 21:07 | No, the boxes all have standard spaced fixings, so that any skellie trailer can carry them. They only become a bit of a nuisance on a ship, as the standard boxes are 20' and 40'. So dragging them back from the Falklands might irritate somebody. Lets face it most AiM companies as standard practice keep their shareholders in the dark. Most of them are start-ups with no proven business model, and frequently managers who have a high opinion of their own abilities, and also frequently a disdain for their shareholders. Problem is that none of the directors seem to get sued for their deceit and incompetence. | lefrene
26/4/2016 20:48 | Some good valid pts. Not a std length !..I hope that doesnt mean that cant be road moved by std container movers ( not my area) If the lender dont get paid and gets the company I would guess that he'd like to offload the cabins to someone in the sector.....perhaps preferring a cash lump sum and taking a partial loss to avoid on going hassle. ----- A 60% drop in 1 day shows the company did not keep the mkt informed. Sudden "oh, company is screwed" RNS What chance has anyone got if cos. dont keep investors informed about what is happening. ( no position luckily) | smithie6 |
