its a shame that innocent people got screwed out of there money!
Looks like the game is finally up for these clowns: LONDON (AFX) - Sky Capital Enterprises Inc, which earlier this month had its shares suspended following raids by the Federal Bureau of Investigation at the company's offices in New York, said Alexander Duma has resigned as chairman and director with immediate effect. It also said Larry Pressler and Darryl White have resigned and Michael Recca is no longer a director of the company. In addition, adviser Daniel Stewart & Co Plc has resigned from the company. Sky Capital has 30 days to engage another nominated adviser or it faces having Associated company Sky Capital Holdings Ltd, also said Duma, Recca and Pressler have resigned from the board. slm
I doubt if anyone is that interested but Sky Cap Holdings have recently announced their annual results for the year ended 31 March 2006. It probably did not come as a suprise to anyone that has ever looked at this company to learn that they had lost almost US$14 million during the financial year and have knocked up accumulated losses of US$67 million. All during a period of relatively good stock market conditions. As the auditor puts it "The Company has incurred losses from operations since inception, which have amounted to $67.0 million on a cumulative basis. These losses include organization cost, and developmental expense as well as operational losses. These costs and losses have been funded primarily from the sale of preferred and common stock. These conditions raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern. Management believes that currently available funds will not be sufficient to sustain the Company at present levels through March 31, 2007. The Company's ability to continue as a going concern is dependent on funding from additional sale of stock, and from becoming profitable operationally. There can be no assurance that additional funding is, or will be available. In the event that funding is not available, the Company would have to substantially cut back its level of spending which could substantially curtail the Company's operation. The accompanying consolidated financial statements have been prepared assuming that the Company will continue as a going concern, which contemplates continuity of operations in the ordinary course of business. The propriety of using the going concern basis is dependent upon, among other things, the achievement of future profitable operations and the ability to generate sufficient cash from operations, and public and private equity financing sources to meet its obligations. In other words they are going to have to raise more money to survive and cut back their operations. Who on earth is going to be pursuaded to invest money in a company like this? Beware of cold callers inviting you for tea at the Dorchester Hotel.
These ppl have been dogging me for years they phone trying to get u to invest small in one of their tips[which I never did].They also wanted to meet at the dorchester as above but I declined, they even wanted to come upto manchester for a meet which by this time the old alarm bells are going ding dong. Luck for me in the first instance a couple of stock that they tried to push my way bombed within weeks of pushing them and that put me right off.

Bluenose nopt exactly a scam stock because the shares are listed on AIM and the Sky Capital Group do operate two businesses a kind of mini investment bank called Sky Capital Holdings and a kind of venture capital outfit called Sky Capital Enterprises. 59david - they have not gone bust- yet - but it could be just a matter of time as these guys appear to spend money as if it is going out of fashion as there results show. Sky Capital Holdings For year ended 31 March 2003 Revenue - US$ 5.5 million Admin Expenses - US$13.3 million Pre-tax loss - US$ 8.0 million Cash - US$ 1.2 million Sky Capital Holdings For year ended 31 March 2004 Revenue - US$21.7 million Admin Expenses - US$37.1 million Pre-tax loss - US$33.0 million Cash - US$18.3 million Sky Capital Holdings For year ended 31 March 2005 Revenue - US$12.5million Admin Expenses - US$28.2million Pre-tax loss - US$12.1million Cash - US$ 8.1million Sky Capital Holdings For six months ended ended 30 September 2005 Revenue - US$ 7.2million Admin Expenses - US$13.2million Pre-tax loss - US$ 6.0million Cash - US$ 5.1million Sky Capital Enterprise For year ended 30 June 2003 Revenue - US$ 0.01million Admin Expenses - US$ 3.8million Pre-tax loss - US$ 3.2million Cash - US$ 6.2million Sky Capital Enterprises For year ended 30 June 2004 Revenue - US$ 0.1million Admin Expenses - US$ 5.7million Pre-tax loss - US$ 6.1million Cash - US$ 3.4million Sky Capital Enterprises For year ended 30 June 2005 Revenue - US$ 0.1million Admin Expenses - US$ 5.1million Pre-tax loss - US$ 6.5million Cash - US$ 0.4million Sky Capital Enterprises For six months ended 31 December 2005 Revenue - US$ 0.01million Admin Expenses - US$ 3.2million Pre-tax loss - US$ 3.6million Cash - US$ 9.4million Both companies seem to raise lots of money by issuing convertible bonds and then burn it up rapidly by spending far more than they are capable of recovering from their operations. With Sky Capital Holdings full year results due by the end of this month I'm sure the market makers won't want to be left holding any stock and they probably slash the price on any sniff of a seller to deter anyone from dumping stock on them. Any priests available to administer the last rites to these two howlers.
But why the fall in price on no news
Surely AIM are aware of that and should pull it.
this was a scam stock by the boiler rooms in the US
Makes you wonder which genius floated these at £1.50.
Have they gone bust?
