30/3/2017 09:49 | I can't see a sell off either. The board were adamant at the AGM that wouldn't happen because the potential here was simply too huge | rugbybloke
30/3/2017 09:40 | Why would BoBo bother with a podcast if it's gonna be sold can't see it somehow, although I wish they would sell it off sharpish, what have they got to sell? | aventador
30/3/2017 09:30 | I think Halfords will buy them so they can sell all the oil they produce | stu1210
30/3/2017 09:12 | I'd just like to expand on red and black's post yesterday, that Schlumberger stated that drilling would begin in H1 as opposed to the other two, COSL and ADD saying that hydrocarbons will be produced in H1, black and red suggested that it may not be Ororo that they're waiting for. I noticed that an addendum was added to the Schlumberger rns. the Schlumberger rns addendum (not mentioned with ADD or COSL) 'The contract envisages a drilling programme on the Ororo Field and can be expanded to include other potential offshore assets' the 'other potential offshore assets' where only mentioned in the Schlum.. rns....maybe the other two were either unaware or not been informed of 'the other assets' that may still have pre-drill requirements. I got the impression that Schlumberger were 'stalling'....maybe the 'other assets' are not yet ready for drilling as the rns states...'can be...expanded to include other potential assets' (not 'will be'). Chris Shea, Group Director of Marketing of COSL, commented..... Dermot O'Keeffe, Add Energy Chief Operating Officer, commented: .. (neither made references to other projects) | htrocka2
30/3/2017 09:12 | I would like to think suspension isn't that far away! Just get on with it! We know its coming! | 1sonic
30/3/2017 09:06 | Get ready for suspension | pipelinepete
30/3/2017 09:03 | Could be most investors with money in their pocket dont blindly back things based on rumor, know what im sayin | bumhammer
30/3/2017 08:54 | Exciting innit. Thing is, rumours like this tend to get noticed - is this being bounced around on the Twitter BBs (I don't subscribe)? Even if it turns out there's no substance to all this plausibility & optimism, you'd think there'd be more PIs nibbling, yet volume remains pitiful - as does the share price... | jenny tulwought
30/3/2017 08:51 | I'm in the sell off camp! | 1sonic
30/3/2017 08:47 | Must be a sell off | pipelinepete
30/3/2017 08:45 | Spot on Doc and as I said before I am in the take out camp | solarno lopez
30/3/2017 08:42 | If they were serious about going into production, they'd have sorted all the paperwork long ago, complete with a full Ad Doc. A PSC and a JOA with the new partners. Not some secretive mysterious partner 4 waiting to be signed up. Rig and long lead items in place and ready for drilling. As producer-operator, they'd have all the well entry permits in place by now. Covered-up CPRs which are left to expire. We are being fed a load of baloney. Yet there is gas, big gas. Where is this really leading? Who's that Completions Engineer going to be working for? | dr rosso
30/3/2017 07:53 | Maybe a short time after june for the take out DrRosso ? | 1alfi
30/3/2017 07:50 | yes along as this polaris does not come up with yet another reason to have this delayed again, then i can't see why the rig can't be in place by end of may and then 4 weeks to the end of june to drill | deadly nightshade
30/3/2017 07:48 | How many more stalling techniques can they invent? | dr rosso
30/3/2017 06:07 | Spot on xerot. Time for them to prove us wrong how many more agms will they promise to deliver oil next year and fail to do so.I want my money back and now not another few years down the line. | aventador
30/3/2017 05:54 | I agree wholeheartedly xerot. | 6cer
29/3/2017 21:54 | black or red... That's an interesting point...Schlumberger know all about Ororo but maybe it's not Ororo they're waiting for, hence the comment about drilling in H1 as opposed to hydrocarbons in H1. With the changes in gas legislation, previous field development plans had to be revised and passed no doubt with the procurement of additional infrastructure..in fact a possibility exists whereby constructed elements, previously passed and already in place may have to be revamped. (I remember an rns that stated lead in items for Ororo1 re-entry had been ordered...obviously no longer required) 'Perhaps it is not that Ororo has to be in place before every thing then can in time fall into place but that every thing has to be ready in place then Ororo slots in to complete. Which is why it explains the time taking 6 years not two.' 'Company will work with its partners, to put both the Ororo Field and the Oil Block into production, as soon as is practicable' | htrocka2
29/3/2017 20:53 | Oil ticking up again, my friends. | drrichard
29/3/2017 20:19 | Lekoil showed that a swamp marginal can become a producing field within 2 years of starting work on it. It lends weight to the theory that Ororo is part of a much bigger surround structure which has been taking shape, being developed over a much longer period of time, with Schlumberger on the scene as far back as 2012. Similarly Waltersmith Petroman bringing the Ibigwe Field into multi-well production. | dr rosso
29/3/2017 19:58 | But how long until the keystone slots into place? | cornishtrader1000 |
