Htrocka, re funding Ororo
From the COSL RN
"This Vendor Finance Contract establishes the cornerstone and thereby major element of the operational financing for the Ororo project."

This reads like Ororo is paid for, in the main, with, perhaps Partner 4, in the main, perhaps sealing the credibility and financial clout of the project going forward as "develop our shallow offshore development program"

Those of you sharp enough, would have already bought your 2017/18 ISA allowances at these prices....then transfer them into the ISA account post April 6th. They'll be extra commissions of course....but the rise from here to the ISA date will more than compensate for the fees.

It's a question of timing you miserable sod. A comment for discussion and opinions. Will Havoc wait until they are near to expiring ensuing they have their own cash gaining interest, will the board give them a nudge to save using the billion or so thats left following the AGM allowance when funds are needed. You can read the RNSs all you like, but over the years they been shown to be nonsense until Neal and Hawkins cane on board. You just need to look at the last RNS to prove my point.

The time it took you to post that , it would have quicker to go to the rns's and look for yourself. Do you do any research?.....if I was invested in a company I'd want to know what the CEO had for breakfast this morning...


It's always fascinated me how we have all this good news in front of us and yet, day after day, we get relentless sellers, 'How long untilnthe Havic 2p warrants are exercised?'...has now helped me to understand this mystery.

I've absolutely convinced that the fourth element is the finance to the project. However, the possible reason why the delay in the announcement is that he/she is not essential to the Ororo project. SRSP have said that they intend to drill further projects following Ororo, this could possibly be as early as August/September....this is where the fourth element is required by law. As DR suggested, in the new and updated 2017 Marginal Field bidding round to be announced after the PIB publication, the fields in OML 95 have already been allocated to SRSP. The clue to this assumption being the requirement of a fourth element. The well following Ororo is either a proven or currently producing OML and requires a statutory fourth element.

Seems pretty obvious to me that the initial drill money is sorted, with Sirius having to stump up very little in the way of upfront fees. Upon well completion and confirmed reserves, participant 4 currently waiting in the wings, puts up the big field development money. The consortium will ensure that Ororo hub acts as the collateral. No doubt that funders will be wanting a slice of the pie, prob taken in the form of a share in the Project(s) more so than a % stake in Sirius. Still not ruling out a complete t/o for £600m (15p), tho it does look like Sirius will be making the move from Investor to Producer, at least to kick things off.
