26/9/2016 12:25 | If they do stall, it would be an even bigger clue something is brewing for a 'big reveal' | bumhammer
26/9/2016 12:24 | Thank you for the research x1000, but my reading is that "not later than 3 months after the end of the relevant period" is the end of September or have I misunderstood? | herman_m
26/9/2016 12:23 | Exactly, x1000. They could stall. We shall soon see. | drrichard
26/9/2016 11:50 | Doesn't the below AIM rule give the company 3 months discretion as to when the half-yearly report is provided ? i.e. giving them until end of December ? Half-yearly reports 18. An AIM company must prepare a half-yearly report in respect of the six month period from the end of the financial period for which financial information has been disclosed in its admission document and at least every subsequent six months thereafter (apart from the final period of six months preceding its accounting reference date for its annual audited accounts). All such reports must be notified without delay and in any event not later than three months after the end of the relevant period. | x1000
26/9/2016 11:41 | For the last three years, Cornish, the half yearly has been on 28 or 29th September. So is it to be delayed, like the AGM while they await sign off, or, might it be the opportunity to press the button. We shall see. | drrichard
26/9/2016 11:26 | Someone said transfers have possibly stopped last week. Not seen any recently. Can only bode well if they are. | bumhammer
26/9/2016 10:38 | Anyone expecting any news regarding the AGM this week? | cornishtrader1000
25/9/2016 21:07 | "Sirius Petroleum is an independent oil development and production company" Header has been changed back to include production Co. First line of text still has it as an investing Co. | dr rosso

25/9/2016 18:44 | 1sonic, I'll go one further. I don't even think this guy has any tangible money/funds. A bedroom loon. Laughable sad case. Ignore. We all have a good idea what's happening here. Whatever that sad individual posts on here is white noise at the very best. | bumhammer
25/9/2016 11:12 | Keep calm and buy more | bumhammer
25/9/2016 10:47 | Superspudpeeler: why would you be even bothered with srsp unless you of course have shares yourself in this☺ otherwise posting on here would be a total waste of your time! | carados
25/9/2016 10:23 | Preaching on a Sunday.. lmfao SRSP will fail there is no doubt. | superhuperdrugdealer
25/9/2016 10:02 | 22/4/16 "the Directors are encouraged to be currently considering several funding options.....the Directors remain optimistic that the Company will secure the necessary funds........ it (CPR) is also an important precursor to attracting the necessary funding." 29/6/16 "our strategy to build a significant portfolio of oil and gas producing assets through local partnerships....The focus of the Company is on acquiring assets not readily available to other international companies.....The Board has received a proposal from a service provider but are pursuing other vendor finance opportunities to secure the most optimal deal........The Board is confident we will be able to secure a vendor finance proposal to drill on the Ororo field......The Board also continues to review additional asset opportunities, as well as distressed producing opportunities, that require funding. 12/7/16 "Negotiations have now been concluded between the Partners and the FMPR and as a result Sirius will pay the Renewal Fee........the Board has received a proposal from a service provider for project funding but are comparing this to several competing vendor finance opportunities in order to secure the most optimal deal." 8/9/16 "This is a major step forward toward finalising the funding and other measures necessary to bring the Ororo Field into first production." I doubt the Company could spell it out more clearly than this. | sherl0ck
25/9/2016 00:42 | Echo that, Deadly | drrichard
24/9/2016 22:05 | Fingers crossed sonic we will get good news. A lot of investors have held on in here for years and years they are the ones more then most that deserve a return on what has been a long drawn out situation. The bod have met these people at these AGM'S over the years and know that a lot of folk have invested several thousand into this and they have a duty to these loyal shareholders to do everything possible to make this a happy ending. Good luck everyone invested here lets hope next week will bring us some good news at long last. | deadly nightshade
24/9/2016 21:25 | Ignore the plonker. Simple | bumhammer
24/9/2016 20:51 | Deadly this ain't going belly up! I would be more concerned if price was around .25 but it's not and there must be a reason why it's going up! Cantor advising share should be over 2p soon and all the big guns are involved in this! Time will tell but one day soon we might get the rise we've all been waiting for.... | 1sonic
24/9/2016 19:26 | SUPERSPUDPEALER is telling us nothing new here, i am not going into this blind i have always said we will ONLY be quids in IF srsp come up with the goods. This is AIM investing, a mine field at the best of times. There are a number of factors here that IF they play out to how we hope then we all might actually have a very merry xmas this year. I take notice of sherlocks earlier post about the company selling out on the cheap with very little returns for pi's. Also i take notice of what has happened at san leon and to be honest i don't think that played out there to the benifit of the longterm holders what with the share dilution that was part of the deal. The short term price that jumps out here IF the news arrives is 2p everything points to that figure, its just how much is revealed on top of ororo. Are we all jumping to a false conclusion that there is more then ororo when there is not? i think the next 3 weeks here will see news of some sort. If just depends if its the news we want to hear or not. I am braced for good news or bad news, nothing surprises me on AIM any more i have seen everything and anything happen it just depends if you are invested on the right number on the casino spin the wheel. All being said i snapped a few more shares up this week and now its just a case of seeing if the number comes up. No gloating or deramping by SUPERSPUDPEALER will change a thing for me i will be holding these shares and wait for this to unfold, and if it all goes belly up i will take it on the chin and move on. | deadly nightshade
