16/9/2016 10:58 | wow some big sells just went in :-( | carados
16/9/2016 10:39 | Signs of life! You know when you're not sure an email account is working and so you send an email to yourself from another account with the subject 'test'. Maybe it's just me that does this.... | sherl0ck
16/9/2016 10:22 | for what Sher ? | solarno lopez
15/9/2016 15:47 | I think given all the positives of late and the fact we haven't too long to wait I would give the board the benefit of the doubt .If of course nothing comes between now and the AGM then it's a fair guess that the board will get plenty to concern them at the AGM and deserved . | bronislav
15/9/2016 14:30 | Sol, nobody like a do-gooder. Let them get on with it. We all want to come out of this with our wheel barrows bulging mate | bumhammer
15/9/2016 14:25 | Sher - Bron...that's the risk the directors take if they have not called a meeting | solarno lopez
15/9/2016 13:55 | Agreed Bron. The delay in AGM is simply to try and increase our chances of having some positive progress to celebrate this time rather than another glum finger-pointing affair. Seems silly trying to potentially distract the Board from their focus, especially when the RNSs appear to show that the now completed CPR was critical for closing a funding deal. Let's await the outcome of this before sharpening pitchforks. | sherl0ck
15/9/2016 13:07 | Thank you sol. With the AGM now due early November and the strong possibility we may get news before the AGM would chasing up the legalities only hinder the company in their attempts to progress. We have a relatively small time frame before the AGM contacting the company to ask them about the delay may help. | bronislav
15/9/2016 13:05 | Companies House said it is a legal matter and nothing to do with them as they simply act as a filing system. Odd response when you think about it because they issue financial penalties to companies who file their accounts late. The issue seems to be there are no sanctions for flouting the law and as shareholders we have nowhere to go to complain or obtain redress. But I have not given up | solarno lopez
15/9/2016 12:47 | Solarno .did you get any answers from company's house and aim or were you wasting your time? | bronislav
15/9/2016 12:27 | 2.4m buy. Someone chucking away ten grand? | dr rosso
15/9/2016 12:16 | Herman they are serial offenders and there are no sanctions against them | solarno lopez
15/9/2016 12:09 | Edit - Thanks Sherl0ck for the heads up - The Company announced today that it has extended its current accounting reference period to 31 December 2010 and that its accounting reference date will be 31 December. hxxp://www.siriuspet | minichris
15/9/2016 11:55 | They must be flouting the law just to spite us lowly PI's I guess ;) Come off it guys, this is delayed for an announcement of some sort. | bumhammer
15/9/2016 11:35 | But SOL, if memory serves me SRSP has never held an AGM within 6 months of 31 Dec, generally July/August. I guess they are serial offenders and have a reduced regard for such rules. | herman_m
15/9/2016 11:31 | CARR as I keep saying the legal requirement is to hold an AGM 6 months after the year end therefore SRSP are flouting the law | solarno lopez
15/9/2016 09:39 | Very limited current production from SOU, but that hasn't stopped a 6 month transformation due to Moroccan discovery and successful drilling as the Co. seeks to become a mid-cap gas player. Mcap now up to £500m. If Sirius follows suit, 20p on asset revelations and drilling commenced. | dr rosso
15/9/2016 09:33 | I would add Havoc and SH to mr GL..Havoc signed up after twelve months ,they had done mutual due diligence .Something definitive convinced them to sign up and a few months later we have Stein in Angola talking about a drill ship .Ororo2A suddenly gets mentioned. No mention since . | bronislav
15/9/2016 09:14 | Good point Dr R. I'd say having Lyon on board was one of the biggest green lights that something is happening here..And big! | bumhammer
15/9/2016 09:13 | GP admitted to me in an email that the Q3 statement on their website was wrong and unrealistic and that it would be updated in due course after they had consulted with their partners Sirius | rugbybloke
15/9/2016 08:48 | At the LSE Investor show you will recall that Graham Lyon was on our stage with Bobo? He tipped SOU which was then around 16p. It is now knocking on 92p. I assume that he can spot a good prospect more than once, and that he knows a bit more about SRSP than us. | drrichard
15/9/2016 08:43 | C&H filled up with Minted Lamb Hotpot Chunky Big Soup | bumhammer
15/9/2016 08:32 | Carc..for the company to be technically overdue with the AGM would suggest there is a valid reason ,put that alongside recent developments and it would be fair to assume that we will see something positive before the November deadline.I believe that the company know when the AGM will be but won't need to announce until 21 days before.Once the AGM is announced news cannot be far behind it,coupled with the interims that we should expect before October ,the next few weeks are an important time for shareholders. | bronislav
15/9/2016 08:25 | GP has ceded operator rights to NewCo and will have a stake in the enlarged entity. | dr rosso |
