Seplat....increased Gas production by 59%.

Seplat - oil revenues down 57% for same period last year due to Niger Delta production interruption and shut down issues. Gas is becoming an increasingly important element for the company with revenues up 78% and they're investing in this further. Also looking to renegotiate some of the terms of their large debt facility secured in 2014 in the face of lower oil prices. Overall production targets for the year will be missed and revised.

This is the relevant section pertaining to their consortium opportunity:

By a consortium agreement made amongst parties, Newton Energy Limited (a subsidiary of Seplat) agreed to make payments of $453million towards an investment in 2014. In 2015, $367 million was received from an Escrow account set up for this purpose in respect of this investment.
a) $45m refundable deposit made towards the investment in 2014 remains with the potential vendors. As at year-end, the investment was not consummated, this remains a deposit whilst negotiation between the parties continue.

b) $36.5m was placed in an escrow account in London related to the same investment pending agreements of final terms. Out of this and in the period under review as previously agreed $7.5m has been paid out in consortium fees, $8.5 million has been released back to Seplat and the balance of $20.5 million remains in Escrow. The deal is still ongoing with the parties concerned.

Cornish....terms being thrashed out according to the results and interesting consortium costs again...This consortium has followed Sirius,s path twin like.It may be ororo is seperate to the consortium stuff or the consortium is only involved with one specific asset but it now seem obvious to me that ororo is crucial to kicking all the "other stuff off".

Wellhead platform can be a simple cap or it can be a full facility production platform complete with helipad, etc. Only 1 pp is required, the other 2 will be wp.

This is part of the problem that baffles me... the company states quite categorically 'platforms', ie plural, more than one....platform with an 's' on the end....yet this board rejects this statement and accepts 'platform'...singular......why does the company bother to dish out rns's if you don't believe what they say.

Omnia sint paribus, then yes. But there are variables, and from what I gather imminent updates due. Looking back at the last few RNS releases its difficult to poke holes in this. On balance I feel we will see +0.5 before we see -0.25. For sure we will see days of those with short term horizons take a quick buck (such as yesterday and today). But if the next couple of RNS releases are positive; CPR confirming previous thoughts with regards to recoverables and JV partner coming in... then who knows, maybe a 1p will be on the cards.

This will make it one day in next 3 years but those subscription shares have killed it.
Another year of low .2 to .3 prices imo.

The Drewster i am sitting here with a 0.31 average mate so my eyes are well open thank you. i could cash in today for a nice profit if i wanted but i will be holding out thankyou. i was tipped this company when share price was 4p by people who had bought in to the tune of nearly 30 grand. i held fire and bought batches from 0.20p - 0.51p so ive not done to bad mate"



Less dealing charges my old sausage and you just let your " profit" go..

granldim you don't have no financial interest here if you were short on this you would have been out when this hit 0.18. your someone who is trying to scare people into selling their shares cheap. there was a character like you on the san leon bb he use to deramp that company into the ground and as soon as he big news came his not been heard from since.
