25/7/2016 23:46 | Yes good point, hotrocka, in investments you have to evaluate constantly and sometimes have to change your position or even your view. If you stand still your dead in the water, average down now is the best thing to do as the latest rns point to a green light. | chris shiherlis

25/7/2016 23:28 | Aventador 'Rocka the share price then hit 5p+ now we are still struggling to to hit 0.5p and ppl are getting excited..' There are millions of options out at 5p that will no doubt eventually come good, however the real money will be made by those that had enough faith in the company and topped up on the way down. | htrocka2
25/7/2016 23:25 | The 12m trade is a hnwc shifting shares into a Spreadex ac. See 19 July rns. | dr rosso

25/7/2016 23:09 | Could this be the new jv partner? "Golar LNG has signed a memorandum of understanding with Schlumberger to jointly develop greenfield, brownfield, and stranded gas. They plan to market gas monetization solutions to owners, investors, and governments. Golar will contribute the floating LNG facilities and technology. Schlumberger, via its special project management division, will provide upstream development experience, resources, and capital. One aim is to deliver lower-cost LNG production solutions for otherwise uneconomic gas reserves. Golar LNG claims the agreement will allow gas field owners to reduce risk and help secure financing for projects, accelerating the time taken to bring reserves into production. The duo expects to announce its first project within the next two months." | dr rosso

25/7/2016 22:33 | "Subsea production systems are wells located on the sea floor, as opposed to on the surface. As in a floating production system, the petroleum is extracted at the seabed, and can then be 'tied-back' to an already existing production platform or even an onshore facility, limited by horizontal distance or "offset". The well is drilled by a moveable rig and the extracted oil and natural gas is transported by undersea pipeline and riser to a processing facility. This allows one strategically placed production platform to service many wells over a reasonably large area. Subsea systems are typically in use at depths of 500 meters or more, and do not have the ability to drill, only to extract and transport. Drilling and completion is performed from a surface rig. Horizontal offsets of up to 250 kilometers/150 miles are currently possible." Odd statement by Sirius that 3 wellhead platforms will be constructed. Ororo will only require one. | dr rosso
25/7/2016 22:32 | Keyser you been on the smack again pal x | chris shiherlis

25/7/2016 20:47 | Rocka the share price then hit 5p+ now we are still struggling to to hit 0.5p and ppl are getting excited..give me a ten bagger from here back into profit for the first time in two years and I might start to get excited. | aventador
25/7/2016 20:33 | drr.. 'Last time we hit 0.4 it was dumped on in short order and dropped back like a stone.' The last this reached 0.4p it was well under a falling 200 MDA. The current 0.4p is now well above a rising 200 MDA. (a chartist's dream....soon to be a confirmed 'break out' within a day or so)). The last time we had this scenario was when the Glencore deal with the $65m draw down facility was announced and that was back in 2013. | htrocka2
25/7/2016 20:25 | Dr Rosso, do you see a share suspension for a long period of time if big news is announced? just wonder as san leon energy's share is still suspended? | deadly nightshade
25/7/2016 20:16 | If they are separate trades then wow they are serious buys for that amount, the price they bought at was at the top end too. Nice that the volumes are holding up well, i wonder if there will be a tree shake at some point as i can see the MM'S short of shares soon especially if those 40k buys keep coming | deadly nightshade
25/7/2016 20:12 | AGM is being put back for a reason. 6 Nov 2016 is the latest for it to be convened. Something big is being lined up in the meantime. Likely EGM for approval of AD and change of status to O&G producer. GP website taken down in anticipation of forthcoming change. £400k working capital raise expected to be concluded by end July. Oil service provider with funding on the table likely to be Schlumberger. But dont rule out Glencore coming back for another bite at the cherry. O&G producer could well see an Enlarged Entity Owena/Sirius merger. There is little point in the two operating independently. Where will GP fit in? Expect Ororo field cpr to be revealed, along with how the Chevron fields on 95 fit into the strategic gas plan. Leave 241 on the back burner for the time being. Who will be the jv partner providing project finance? Let's see the working cap reqs fulfilled this week, after which the major announcement should come through. Will require egm for shareholder approval of change of status, change of reg add, new BoD, and the crucial jv funding to bring 95 into production. | dr rosso
25/7/2016 20:09 | The spreadex transaction was dated 18th. There are two transactions showing today (both as buys) for 12M each and both dated 22nd. Could there be a connection, or are these likely to be three separate transactions? | vatnabrekk |
