The figure has recently been around 2.5m from 1.7 mil. Take the bigger figure and we should be about spot on.. anything less will be a bonus!

1.7bn currently issued. 460m to go out in options/warrants. 260m to new Ds.
Is that it? Fully diluted 2.42bn.
Chuck in another 80m placing sweetener for those providing the forthcoming project loan of anything between $10m-$50m. Final total 2.5bn.

With the uplift in share price with no news for really 10 weeks thats saying uplift is about to rocket! nothing in any of the RNS in the last year have been negative! i just wish I has more cash to invest!

Those projected figures can only be achieved via acquisitions.

Oando starting to look very interesting. Focused on gas. Declares ambition to pick up near-producing assets. What's more, it has no UK listing. Repeat... NO UK LISTING. Hmmm. On the SA exchange, with a TSX subsidiary. Why complete a $400m fundraise at end-2015?

Has a staggering $500m debt pile but offset by high quality producing assets, flowing 55k bopd. 95 and 241 Ondo State O&G blocks now at brink of production will be highly attractive. Would Oando baulk at taking its debt beyond $1bn, into Afren-style risk territory?

What was O's cash position before the fundraise?

Sirius has officially announced it has been in advanced negotiations with 2 African-centric Cos. thought to be Ophir and Oando.

Could we anticipate from 42BS a temp suspension ahead of an Oando t/o offer?
$400m (£250m) looks bottom line acceptable figure for takeout. All infrastructure pre-production work done at no cost to NewCo. O owns 5 drilling rigs.Bargain buy.

10p per share on fully diluted 2.5bn. Sirius name retained, but would be an Oando subsid with a UK listing. Remember that those who'd receive the bulk of a £250m payout have shelled out near zero in picking up their share of 2.5bn Sirius shares.

Sounds like there has been a genius at work on this one. Cheers Andrew, take a £50m cut for your troubles.

Oando Plc is an oil and gas energy company. Office in Akure South, Ondo, Nigeria. It is a leading energy solution company providing oil, gas and powers solution, energy services, exploration and production etc. in Nigeria.


Based in Ondo State, eh? I wonder who the main shareholders are?

Just raised $400m. For what? Not for downstream as it has sold off some assets. That leaves upstream. What could they get their hands on for $400m?
