Endgame.
Shares shifted over into the right hands. JIM holding 140m. Various concert parties holding the remainder. A counterbalancing act in operation. Outside ii bodies/pis successfully kept out. Greenlands/Calvet haven't accumulated hundreds of millions at the 0.45p-0.8p level to sell at 0.25p, that is for certain. Majority shares now controlled at the Nigerian end. These people will shortly bring in their own team of Ds, + Snr Mgement Team to operate and develop the fields, in association with the Havoc tac team. Appointees will all be experienced O&G experts. Current NEDs look to be temp appointments as consultants, stalwart figurehead Pryde will go, leaving Bobo to greet his new colleagues. 260m shares have been set aside for the incoming team.
Sirius has liabilities of £2m, incurred as Ds and ex-Ds accrued salaries.

A hiccup was the linking of STF to LTF. It would seem that CN was invited in to break the deadlock. Bond issue or straight loan at project level. Ororo needs $10m. 241 farm-in $40m.

What happens next depends on how the Ondo chiefs wish to play it. FDP decision lies with them. Their holding in the Sirius 40% will effectively give the Nigerian parties a 70% stake in the total O&G assets. Reserves are thought to be huge, well over 1bbn. Basically, Sirius the investing parent shell has been swept up into Ondo O&G (Sirius/Owena as the major Cos) with a coveted UK listing. Negotiations at 42BS will determine whether Ondo goes forward into production, Ororo hub includes O&G to be supplied to FPSO from outlying 8 Chevron fields in 95, then onto 241. 2012 is undeveloped 2C. True asset revelations will see a very sharp share price rerate.

There are a no. of alternatives: a) Sell off the whole Sirius entity for cash, with a large Nigerian privateer reversing into the listed Co. Don't be surprised to find the same Ondo people already holding shares in the private.
b) Bring in a jv partner to work alongside Ondo, full LTF in return for asset stakes. c) Sell 241 in order to self-fund Ororo hub + acquire IOC divests.

Fully prepared production-ready major O&G asset blocks in return for accumulated shares in a shell being transferred into an Ondo package. We await the finale from 42BS.

Chart looks posed to rise again buys coming in, the story has been the same from day one here the only thing we didn't know was the time scales and tricks they would pull along the way, ppl did say to me they would do all they can to get all the shares for themselves by any dirty tactics they could.Risk of selling or being out is out weighed by end game price imho.
