The Sirius venture revealed. Part 1 of 4.The movers are key personnel in Ondo State, associates of Mimiko and Giwa. A collection of Yoruba chiefs. Owena is their O&G baby, the dominant partner, in with GP (Ororo) + Chevron (95) + OilWorld (241). They sit on undeveloped potentially highly lucrative assets. To develop them they needed a FTSA, a Western partner to provide the technical know-how + the funding, in the first instance for infrastructure costs. They engaged the assistance of 3 bodies; a UK-listed O&G shell, the Kuti dynasty, and Dasuki of Sokoto royal dynasty. Sirius, backed by Corvus + the Nigerians in the form of SOGL (BVI) and Taglient, was to be used as a vehicle for legitimately allowing those Ondo chiefs to take virtually full control of 2 major O&G blocks.The aim was to sort the infrastructure, bringing both assets simult to the brink of production, with a view to either jv or sell-off. The oil services giant, Schlumberger, was contracted for pre-production work, following up PGS' seismic data acquisition and converting 2C resources to 2P reserves. Big S was paid in cash for its work by Sirius out of loans which Corvus converted into shares, on quite ludicrously generous terms. Christofides SW7Research was brought in for ROV ie asset valuation. At this stage, Sirius ownership is pretty much shared, heavy accumulations by Corvus crew and the remainder largely with prominent types within Ondo

All taken shares as payment why would you do that if they are worthless, why would our partners take 2p warrants if they where never to be excised?

What matters granite Tim is that all these years of work and secrecy and compilation of big names in the industry have obviously been working on something far bigger than they have let on, it's a matter of sitting them out, they want the pis to sell but it isn't working.If there was no potential here why would btg schlumberger etc etc be involved it would have folded years back.

no news today thunder....everything's gone dead.

on the computer most of the day so I just switched over to see if anything was happening)..the only comment is the 'Wash Trade', that Dr calls 'rinsing'...this was the main cause of the Libor Scandal in that it was deemed illegal because profits were made on an construed false market...( a custodial offence)

Not of much relevance that one Ht.Although on the face of it this is looking pretty dire, it only take one RNS to change ppls lives whose to say we won't wake up one day soon to a sale of company RNS paying us 40p plus a share could happen, hence I won't be selling until they give us the full picture!

This is undoubtedly a dirty game...Dr's theory of '7OM X 10P was never going to be paid.' so they were bought down to 2p...Havoc could do the same in that why pay 2p for 100m warrants that'll cost £2m when you can pick the shares up now at a total pay out of £250k....and save yourself £1.75m?
