Total Voting Rights - Correction

In accordance with DTR5.6.1 the Company's issued share capital consists of 1,696,362,856 ordinary shares with voting rights. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury, therefore, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 1,696,362,856. This figures replaces the incorrect enlarged issued share capital figure as previously announced on 30 September 2015.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest, to the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.

Going to be looking at a final figure of 2.5bn shares out, fully diluted, but 40p remains very much on as the enlarged Group flows oil from multiple sources, incl the megablock, by mid-16. Expect rapid developments. Coiled spring. Next up should a shares reshuffle + another BoD change. Be abs sure that everything connected with oil field progress has been set up behind the scenes

QfC had a laugh this morning. The thought running through my mind that this sounds very familiar. Just not brave enough to suggest further investment... Bobo has become a bad word in our house. We will get a new house when Bobo comes in.... Poor Bobo has a lot to answer for in the DSK household. If there is any money left might be an idea to invest in some paper plates in the meantime.
