25/6/2015 21:55 | I'm here for 4.1p. | tuckerjenkins1
25/6/2015 21:34 | Other shares have been issued for loans to the company whereas Havoc are providing a service to Sirius and are being paid for this through a retainer fee AND are getting a shed load of warrants. If it was just a discrete service being provided, they'd probably just take the money. Receiving a large wedge of warrants (which will likely just be bought out upon takeover) is a big positive. They have a pretty good idea of what we have access to and what will unfurl here. Why has it taken 9 months to finalise a definitive agreement? What's changed recently to give a green light on this? | sherl0ck
25/6/2015 20:57 | Can anyone explain to me why Havoc are accepting payments in shares at 2p when current price has been manipulated down to sub 1p. Why these have to be approved at AGM when they have issued hundreds of millions of shares (as low as .5) without shareholders approval. Why not issue shares as they did to Juniper and pay fees in advance? I am just struggling to understand why if these guys are so important to the whole project have they accepted this deal and more importantly why they need shareholders approval. Would have preferred to have seen some action here prior to August and maybe this deal is a curveball and Havoc have some other deal with more favourable terms in the background?? The question is will we have to wait until August before anything happens or will we see some action before. Anyone any thoughts? | 1dsk
