Sherlock and Dr very good posts and spot on imho. If you look at the facts and think logically it all makes sense. Also helps looking at the track record and how much cash each of the major players have, you don't get a bank balance like that without being right more than you are wrong!

If you look at all of Havoc's other projects, they either privately own the asset, hold a percentage interest and/or have a seat on the board i.e. they're simply not just an average services company touting for ad-hoc work and they certainly didn't come upon us just by chance. They were brought in for a much more strategic purpose. It frankly doesn't take over 9 months to come to an agreement and so clearly they were awaiting something to happen first....and now it has. So the way I see it is as follows:

- Block red light = No takeover. No definitive agreement. Havoc fees paid in CASH for services rendered. Insider parties don't take shares for loans/fees

- Block green light = Takeover almost certain. Havoc definitive agreement signed and large WARRANTS awarded for their role. Insider parties massively keen to take shares

Methinks that others are also starting to see the significance of yesterday's RNS.

As stated all along any price up until the end goal is just a paper loss what counts is them doing the deal and endgame offer price, if that's what happens will be way above 3,4,5,10p if the block is as big as we think, not sold any at a loss so not lost any money yet unlike you did on Oex you muppet.
