Haha yeh will be a few angry punters to say the least wanting to know why there investment is worth a fraction of what it should be let's hope it's all done and dusted by then, and in a good way or it could be the start of the next London riot to say the least!!!

I have a feeling the board will want this done and dusted and onto their next project by the time the next AGM is due..Otherwise it will be a bigger event than a West End show

I have a feeling the AGM will be a sell out this year assuming no major changes before then... I certainly will be going if we are still sitting at a penny a share although I am hoping this will be done and dusted long before.

Firstly no i havent been to an agm.as far as why im still in here i have researched enough to be prepared to wait at this point in time.however if i stumbled across this now i would probably wait.the only uncertainty is if for arguments sake we go in to suspend mode monday at least im in.i think this will happen at some point.when though is the big question.certainly not this month i dont think.ive seen enough posts saying imminent before.ive had the chance to sell before and re buy in lower but this share may end up biting back when u least expect .ive invested what i can afford and hopefully one day soon will recoup the rewards by being patient.

Hi tuckerjenkins1, i stumbled upon this somewhere around 3 years ago .have not traded at any time but did have an avge approaching 3.7 for a while.avge now is about 2.9.so many aim shares promise ,then fail to deliver so not funding any atm, will just sit tight with this.im not linked to anyone.i try to delve for info almost daily although i dont post much.just under a half mill for me all parked in an isa.gl

Then they really would be buffoons. The last thing these ppl want is a batch of hostile publicity triggering a full investigation by the authorities which would undoubtedly uncover some distinctly dodgy practices which have occurred during the last 3 years. If they stand to clean up with 95% of the swag anyway, why bother depriving the few remaining pis of the relatively immaterial gains? Not worth the hassle and risk of putting the vast majority of a $1bn-$2bn t/o payoff on the line for the sake of sweeping up the loose change. NewCo the next buyer in line is a reputable bluechip which wouldn't want its reputation tarnished. Havoc and BTG would be swept into the controversy. How would they be able to make the considerable assets disappear, with all the seismics, cpr, etc in the hands of PGS and Schlumberger, esp when they've just officially stated "significant 2P reserves". If they were going to do it, or go private and delist, they'd have done it near the start of the venture, not in the final stages. What support would they get in any future venture if they were to expose themselves as a bunch of scammers?

So we end the week again reading the smoke and mirrors and watching out for smoke and daggers and realising that the bod would and could, on balance of probabilities, have confused things differently if they really really wanted to.

It is a bit like the N. Ireland Peace Process: if one is not confused by the complexities of the issues one does not understand them.
