14/5/2015 09:48 | Is Sirius Ororo (OML95) Limited, a company consisting of Owena, Guarantee and Sirius ? | omzy
14/5/2015 09:41 | Maybe all the affected parties have settled out of court and amalgamated to form a joint company, because it is in everybody's interests to get some flow flowing through the ororo hub. Or maybe the affected parties have been payed off out of court. One thing we can be sure of is that the rns states Sirius Ororo ("OML 95") Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sirius ("Sirius Ororo Ltd.") which directly owns OML 95" Who owns OML95 - are Sirius Ororo("OML95") Limited the same entity as Sirius ("Sirius Ororo Ltd.") One thing I would suspect given the current ambiguous climate of srsp, if there had been an out of court settlement the company would not want it in the public domain due to possible share price reaction. | omzy
14/5/2015 09:27 | from the URL above.... gives an insight into the stupidity and corruption that's connected with this case....Oil world submits a 'lottery' number amount to claim the ownership of OPL 241 knowing full well they have NO money to back the bid. Then, for some strange reason, the government allows then to make deals with a field they've not paid for....madness. The Courts will have to take another look at this deal....and this is only one many problems to be resolved. 'Oilworld emerge as the winner of the oil block, but owing to the company's inability to pay the requisite 50 per cent down payment of its bid sum, it assigned 30 per cent of the equity to Owena Oil, which paid the 50 per cent on its behalf' | htrocka2
14/5/2015 09:22 | Think it's more than a possibility DrR. Once the share shifting shenanigans are complete I do believe the next news will be of a farm-in to ororo. "These include Nima providing funding to Sirius Ororo ("OML 95") Limited, a wholly owned subsidiary of Sirius ("Sirius Ororo Ltd.") which directly owns OML 95" | omzy
14/5/2015 09:15 | 'The problem is that the company don't give out any info so we have absolutely nothing to go on and we have listened to rumour as that is the only info available to us.' That's not true. Every one connected with SRSP is awaiting the out come. The last recorded info we had was that it was going to court on October 9th...after that, all went quiet. PS..I'v noticed that nearly all the reference to the dispute have now been removed from search engines...the above came from my file. | htrocka2
14/5/2015 09:13 | Those still unaware of what is being orchestrated here by Ondo-Owena-Ophir should have a close look over at Ophir rnss/share dealings since early March. Everything has to be in place by May 28, hence the recent haste by Calvet/Juniper associates to add to their holdings in SRSP. Just to repeat. Sirius has no intention of producing oil. It was never set up for that purpose. Still poss that first move could see a farm-in to allow X to take a 20% stake in one of the blocks. | dr rosso
14/5/2015 09:00 | Buy orders were being filled by CFEQ and WEST during the downward slump. Likely 5m at a time. Watch out for the next one. £50k now picks up over 5m at just under 1p. Let's see. A rinse and repeat cycle has been going on over the last few weeks, manufactured to allow certain ppl to accumulate. | dr rosso
14/5/2015 08:30 | More good posts, Sherlock is a great poster. The problem is that the company don't give out any info so we have absolutely nothing to go on and we have listened to rumour as that is the only info available to us. We have absolutely no way of confirming those rumours so we are in a tight spot and part of the reason i have been negative in recent times. No info in which to base an educated decision on and that causes anger and miss trust that the company have done nothing to aligh. We can no longer rely on rumour we must have hard evidence either way from the company. | chris shiherlis
14/5/2015 07:24 | Surely the outcome of the owena high court issue must be well known or can Nigerians keep secrets ? | 4ceer
14/5/2015 05:39 | Some cracking posts on here guys, thanks. | alongfortheride
13/5/2015 23:35 | 'would you for one minute risk jeopardising any of it by telling even highly supportive PIs that we've sorted out the Ororo issue or that subject to DPR ratification, we've secured OPL 241' When the High Court have sorted the Owena Issue, the press injunction will be lifted and the whole world's media will be onto this story. The company will not be able to prevent it hitting the headlines . There will be no need to wait three years for plan 'B' to come to fruition. As soon as the Owena resolution hits the media, the cat will be out of the bag and will be the catalyst that drives this north. This is the reason for the share grab in the rns. No one knows when this judgement will be finalised , one, two, three even six months time?.....my bet is by the end of the summer. The delay is detrimental to Nigeria's GDP. The outcome of the Owena debacle will mean that ORORO will be back on the agenda...and the restart of Plan 'A'. | htrocka2
13/5/2015 22:39 | I think it could well be a combination of both a and b, but hey what do I know. I certainly don't think there is any need to throw the toys out of the pram just yet and I am hanging on for dear life until the end. Still hopeful that we are getting close to the grand finale. Let's hope sooner rather than later. | 1dsk
13/5/2015 22:32 | Yeah 1dsk, I think those confidently foretelling how Regan will now just offload 70m and then eventually the entire 330m shares have called it wrong because the Sirius world has changed. The last RNS has left a bitter taste for many previously supportive holders, hence the minimal buys even at the lowest prices for years. So in my mind it leaves two possibilities - a) he's grabbing as many shares as cheaply as possible with a view to maximise his return one day b) all/some of the shares will find their way into other's hands, perhaps greasing the wheels of a deal. Both options could be very positive for us. | sherl0ck
13/5/2015 21:42 | With so much money at stake in this project, if you were in Regan, Bobo or Fry's shoes, would you for one minute risk jeopardising any of it by telling even highly supportive PIs that we've sorted out the Ororo issue or that subject to DPR ratification, we've secured OPL 241? Realistically you just wouldn't tell anyone other than the absolute minimum inner circle of a very small number of people (that you could count on both hands, maybe even just one hand). The secrecy would be even more important if you were simultaneously orchestrating a lowering of the share price to suit various purposes. Even the slightest sniff that we have the block and the share price is blown through the roof. So my point is that just because Sirius to all intents and purposes currently looks like an ugly duckling and just because even highly supportive PIs that may have even previously helped to fund working capital, are now completely in the dark, are being fobbed off and may even be despondent....in my mind it doesn't for one minute mean that the swan isn't really taking shape, away from prying eyes. The counter argument is that the share price is this low precisely because nothing is going to plan and so maybe we're not just an ugly duckling, but we're a stone cold dead duck........but I also can't help thinking that the way that Sirius is being played right now is exactly the way that I would play it if I was Regan and I wanted to maximise my return. | sherl0ck
13/5/2015 19:58 | It's a strange board Chris. The word bipolar has been used on this board numerous times and it really does sum it up. I am pretty sure if I now look up the word bipolar in the English dictionary it will say see ADVFN board under Sirius - cashed up and ready to roll. | 1dsk
13/5/2015 19:32 | Some good posts, its not game over yet but it is not looking good. Could turn around if Sherlock synopsis is correct. Doc Rosso is still a good poster and has worked hard on research, it if knackered we all got it wrong not just him. If it comes good he's the hero. It's a strange world. | chris shiherlis
13/5/2015 19:19 | 640k in sells today totals to £5727 with is peanuts with the shares in issue some of the trades where apparent sells of £18, £51, £22.92 a pittance who sells that ammount, how does that warrant a 6% drop? come on they are def pulling our pants down dropping it on such small volume clear manipulation today. | thundercat1
13/5/2015 19:02 | Very painfull, and there is pi's sitting on bigger losses than me. Im half in half out and wanting to get back in fully around .5-.6, I can see the mm's pulling this down, and if it just pings one day and I'm not in fully, then I have enough to still make a tidy sum. | tuckerjenkins1
13/5/2015 17:54 | Agree Tucker painful being here after 5-6 years and buying in much higher sitting on big losses, but if the block is as big as we hope and the Bod are far more clever than we take them for we could still exit here with a tidy profit, just have to remain upbeat was always said they would try screw us and get all the shares looks like that times arrived and if we sit it out in a couple of months the situation could be a lot lot better, it can't get much worse as the colonel custard said, good post by the way! | thundercat1
13/5/2015 17:34 | Very canny indeed, so canny they will have this diluted to several billion shares soon and it will likely get to sub 0.5p. Clever chaps, can see why the average fella wants to be invested in this now.... | keya5000 |
