Can't see Galderma (Nestle) letting this one pass though...........

I'm not familiar with SPH, premium suggested is very high though ?

Seems like a reputable paper.

If they have just joined the fray and SPH are in 'advanced' talks with other parties as per last update then looks like we'll be here a while longer...... :)

If they are there, they are wise to wait to pounce in this market.
I just wonder what happens when the Chinese who are well known to panic start off loading their property investments inLondon.

You have to think that if there was a serious buyer out there the would have not only surfaced by now but dived in with this slide in share price, after all it is £70M cheaper now !!!
maybe they are still waiting to pounce, hope so for all you guys that believe in this as an investment.

You can buy a quarter of a million on quote and deal at slightly over 38p.This stock is looking pretty sick even in this soft market.Are things about to becoming clearer after the carrot of takeover has been dangled for so long.

my guess is continual slide,drift,drop,fall off, with occasional spike up, but by christmas a 30p value. which it is what it was worth before all this talk of a buyer that never appears.

A brokerage called STIFEL who are USA based have posted a target price of 48p seems strange posting today as the share price drifts back to 40p.

3 big buys today, reported after the bell.

250,000 shares costing £102,500.

250,000 shares costing £101,250.

400,000 shares costing £163,580.

900,000 in total costing £367,330.

Is something cooking?

I think it's probably Tosca that is driving this ongoing self examination and reading between the lines,I don't think the management are keen on being acquired
