31/1/2014 13:55 | Ricky...valuation of the private investor..our Mr Griffiths. Somebody asked the question how much does the guy have. The answer I suspect is how much does he and others associated with him have. | laylap
31/1/2014 11:14 | Valuation still only £33m...........sound | laylap
31/1/2014 08:19 | Surprise spring back again this morning, looked like a fair fall back was on the way, wonder if our private backer is still accumulating? He'll soon need to make a bid or he's certain someone else will? IMHO. Good luck all | ukeagle2aus
23/1/2014 14:06 | And another 200k today (assuming it wasn't a sell, but a delayed buy!). Thats over £600k! It's got to be a serious consideration that he may be going for the lot now? Is he that rich? | pwilk47490
23/1/2014 11:53 | Richard Griffiths keeps increasing his holding, now at 23%, are we going to get a bid this year? | rikid2
22/1/2014 15:17 | Eag.. thing is, because of all the subsequent dilution the mcap is near what is was when the price was 150p. Still, it's all about perception and confidence and as the whole sector is in renaissance mode then it's not unreasonable to speculate (and wish!) that the current price could be doubled before long.. hell, we've been undervalued here for so long that I'm not going to complain if the pendulum finally swings the other way for a while. Interesting that the recent buying seems to be more a general vote of confidence rather than as a result of any specific info (trial results, deals, milestone payments etc.) | rikky72
21/1/2014 08:36 | Thinking about it, it's still only 6p in old money, so still a long way off, in fact 25 times lower than the original peaks around 150p in 06/07. But it still feels like something has got to happen (eventually). To infinity and beyond!!!!!! Hahaha Eagle | ukeagle2aus
16/1/2014 09:57 | Lay go back 47500 posts and start reading and you'll get the Buzzzzz thing! Rik don't tempt fate, been there too many times. Bare, Saw, Doc, Froggie, Buzz, Chicken C, Geoff, Billy and all the other LT brigade, it might be time to check the bottom drawer again and do some dusting down of those certs? | ukeagle2aus
16/1/2014 09:15 | Oh to have been in at 50p.. still, very nice to see, I wonder if we can finally establish some support at £3? | rikky72
15/1/2014 14:30 | Hopefully due a holding RNS soon after all those AutoTrades earlier? May give us a clue? | pwilk47490
15/1/2014 10:27 | Infinity? Mmmmmmmmm, now how much would my holding be worth then? What's the rule when you multiply something by infinity? ;-) | laylap
15/1/2014 09:03 | LOL Lay you sound like good old Buzzzzzzzzzz, strap up tight, or to infinity and beyond! I don't care it's good to see a bit of confidence back in this stock. Where the... Is Geoff? Hope he's OK, he'd be back on board for a little wave normally. | ukeagle2aus
15/1/2014 08:35 | This buying is pretty relentless - however feels little different, maybe lots of PI's snapping up stock to ride the wave! Guess alot of PI's made lots of on the last Pharma waves (and lots lost alot of money as the wave crashed) and are back for the this next journey! Good luck all, make sure your strap is tight and secure to that body board - don't want to fall off the wave! | laylap
14/1/2014 19:26 | 75k late reported trade must have been a worked buy over last week or so eh? Hence supported the rise.....? | laylap
14/1/2014 12:49 | Exactly........and the wave just went whoosh!! Hold onto your speedo's - the SLN ride could be about to catch that big one! | laylap
14/1/2014 12:14 | laylap, I guess, that and ongoing trials, although have to admit I'm really not that up to date with SLN so no idea where they are or are going, but RNAI seems to be flavour of the day so should ride the wave. | waterloo01
14/1/2014 12:11 | Good post waterloo - but surely the key here is partnerships - that is what is driving the differential of market values between these companies? | laylap
14/1/2014 09:31 | Agree with laylap, however should give some reassurance...... from The Street: Alnylam Pharmaceuticals (ALNY) presented to a huge crowd right before lunch, not surprising given the expanded Genzyme-Sanofi (SNY) partnership and the acquisition of Sirna Therapeutics both announced before the conference started. Alnylam shares are up 41% today, which wins the day in terms of conference stock performance. Alnylam is clearly Wall Street's favorite RNA interference stock. I do find it interesting that investors give Alnylam's RNAi platform the benefit of the doubt -- and a $5 billion valuation -- while looking heaping considerable doubt on Sarepta Therapeutics' (SRPT) exon-skipping platform. Maybe there's good reason for this divergence of opinion but it's odd. If you believe in big Pharma partnerships as validation, then Alnylam has Sarepta beat. That's true. As Alnylam shares surge, the valuation gap between it and the other RNAi stocks -- Arrowhead Research (ARWR) and Tekmira (TKMR) -- grows. Can that last for long? | waterloo01
14/1/2014 04:18 | Agree W/LAgree L/LapLet's see once againGood luck | ukeagle2aus
13/1/2014 21:04 | Mmmm......interestin | laylap
13/1/2014 14:00 | I guess all boats rise. | waterloo01
13/1/2014 12:19 | Lol......know what you mean Eagle. Sells are being gobbled up like no tomorrow - somebody investing nice sums of money!! Question is why............. | laylap
13/1/2014 10:08 | This is such a funny old stock it's almost not funny. More comebacks than good old Frank S. When will big Pharma finally come in and take it out? Literally the million dollar Q for me. Eagle :-) | ukeagle2aus |
