like i say once the herd arrive this will re rate to a level which reflects the deal. 80-90p imo

but today's del is transformational - what % of this £700m is the key question but it's damn well large deal - so I wouldn't worry too much about the NAV - agree it's small compared to a 40p price today

just thinking of they will raise some cash of the back of today's excellent news

better to do this at 40p than 20p though

with a deal of this magnitude i dont think the current NAV is important more so when the current market cap is £15m

KEY POINTS

-- Continued encouraging progress in H1 not yet fully reflected in financial results:

- major focus was on the delivery of a substantial funding model for

the roll out of a large-scale portfolio of new residential rental properties

-- Revenue doubled to GBP2.2m (2012: GBP1.1m)

-- Trading loss increased slightly to GBP0.4m (2012: trading loss of GBP0.3m)

-- Loss before tax reduced by 36% to GBP0.4m (2012: loss of GBP0.6m)

-- Loss per share decreased by 36% to 0.91p (2012: loss per share of 1.42p)

-- Net assets per share of 4.8p at 30 June 2013 (2012: 6.8p).

-- Cash balances of GBP0.6m at 30 June 2013 (2012: GBP0.7m)

agree someuwin.. £700m joint venture will make press so should provide further awareness to the deal.

still very much under the radar but not for long. these should be £1+ on this deal.

...Gatehouse real estate portfolio worth in excess of GBP1 billion across the UK and US.

...The new homes will be built on land procured and developed by Sigma and the model is underpinned by Sigma's existing three local authority partnerships, with Sigma currently in discussions with other potential local authority partners.

not easy buying shares here as stock is tight

even if the company only receive 10% of the £700m joint venture that is still worth £70m to them. put that against the current market cap of £16m and you have huge upside here.


Look what happened to COMS and CNEL recently on smaller deals. went on to rise 10 fold in a number of weeks.

think you may well see £1 here before to long and that would only value the company at £35m
