Wonder who new about this yesterday?as very unusual for all the volume to appear suddenly when f. all normally happens.
Maybe No 10 was leaking!

Can actually see a possibility of treble digits here.As that is only £55m odd cap.
It is a stunning piece of news much much more than I expected.

Its looked that way recently puku, perhaps negs to finance the funding model are getting nearer agreement, a few in the know or just speculating could be nipping away. Its not an exciting stock, doesn't get the adrenalin going but when good news emerges it can move surprisingly quickly, nice when they're like that under the radar.

nice to see a bit of a tick up. Took an initial lot at 22.5 p. If only some of their projects come to fruition we could see a big-bagger in the offing ?

I cant see after two years of them setting the thing up that they are not going to get the financial partners.I would like to see when that happens that they issue their broker with some visible earnings growth forecasts. My gut feeling is that its going to be very interesting soon

Its a pity they're running a bit late with the funding model but other than that this morning's RNS was pretty positive I thought. When and if they finalise the funding model, with the the implied potential significant earnings increase, I should think the share price could move ahead quite quickly.

Giving themselves till year end now to complete negotiations, but it could happen any time between now and then, one to tuck away.

With a potential £4m-£5m per annum revenue stream from the conversion of the £2bn project pipeline within the existing property Joint Ventures, this small Group continues to offer compelling investment potential.
The current £10m market capitalisation should still be considered an 'option price', reflecting the relatively early-stage risks.

Mmm things are looking up for SGM now they've become property focused, but I'd have to say last year they lost over a million.

I haven't seen any estimates of future earnings. I'd like to see some before buying more at current prices.

I still think it possibly cheap with property both commercial and residential property prices improving.
