With the government restating their energy policy in November expect these shares to move up as Insulating properties will be a factor in the equation to conserve heat.

Also providing SHI results are reasonable in Nov we should see some action on the price, easily go to £1.20p/£1.30p imo.

No, wasn't suggesting it had - but the housing market is taking off in the US through easier money and with London prices up 12% according to RMV it's happening here too imo.

Property prices and building spreads out from London having started there imo.

Breaking out nicely.
